Venus is quincunx Saturn in Libra, your 8th house of transformations, and Saturn is also in the sign of his exaltation. This has the potential of bringing a very positive experience you way which will change how you see the world. Saturn is often viewed as a malefic planet but in exaltation his positive side is emphasized, such as organization, discipline and responsibility.
