Capricorn - Pisces

Capricorn Saturn Cardinal Earth Negative Signs are in sextile but actual aspects can range from near semi-sextile (31o) to near square (89o) depending on actual location of Suns.
Pisces Neptune Mutable Water Negative

What you like about each other:  Capricorn will be drawn to the warmth and emotion of Pisces.  Pisces will like Cappy's quiet manner and practical nature, which will give the fish a sense of security.

What drives you crazy:  Capricorn refusal/inability to show emotion versus Pisces refusal/inability to control emotion.

This is another one of those relationships that can work very well when the complementary traits come together in a positive manner.  You wouldn't think that a Fish and a Goat would make a good pair, but it really boils down to the fact that each of them has something that the other needs.  Cappy tends to be too withdrawn, practical and controlled whereas Pisces tends to be floating in a sea of emotion, much like a jellyfish.  Thus, if Cappy sets up a nice 100 gallon or so fish tank, the Goat can benefit from a little emotional stimulation and Pisces can benefit from a more secure environment.  I like to think of the Earth - Water combination as either a nice spring rain or possibly a dam on a river.  The Earth can always stand a good rain (but certainly not a flood) and nothing gives water more power than some constraints.

Again, having a Cardinal sign matched with a Mutable is usually harmonious, unless Moon signs or Ascendants get in the way.  It is always good to have one person who is in charge, knows it and likes it.  However, the caution here is that it's easy for Pisces to take advantage of the Goat (or anyone else, for that matter) who relieves them of responsibility.  Then they can just go back to bodysurfing through the sea of life and let someone else handle the hard stuff.

NOTE:--At this point I feel that I need to point out that I have some very good friends and family members who are Pisces.  If they read this they're going to be PO'd because they're going to think that I'm accusing them of being lazy.  Rest assured, they are not.  One of my favorite fish is one of the hardest working, responsible people I know.  However, she is also not a pure Fish but has major Aries and Leo influences.  One of my other favorite Fish has exceptionally strong Capricorn influences that make her an atypical fish, also.  So what I'm talking about here, and everywhere else in this compatibility area, is the PURE Sun Sign with no other influences included, unless specified.  Pisces also eventually progress into Aries, which is also a big change and driver.  The hard working Pisces mentioned above progressed into Aries at a very young age.  The main vestige that will remain will be the deep emotions, which can actually be an asset in most areas of life.  So thank you for not firing off an email to me accusing me of being crazy because you know a Pisces that is nothing like that.  But look me in the eye and tell me they never get emotional.

So back to Cappy and the Fish.  The good news for these two is that both has something to learn from the other.  A little warmth and emotion is good for the Goat and Pisces can learn about responsibility and hard work, or at the least find a secure place to exist with Cappy.  Some Cappies may be perfectly happy having a pet Fish and not expect anything in return except warmth and caring.  No problem, so long as both are satisfied with the relationship.  So this is another pairing that can work, but only so long as both parties are happy with the emotional arrangements.  As a Cappy myself, I have known numerous Pisces and have learned much from each of them about the beauty of those deep emotions.  I even have a 55 gallon and 30 gallon fish tank, which further proves how much I love fish.  So there.  (On the other hand, I have this really good recipe for blackened salmon....)
