Gemini - Libra

What you like about each other:  Stimulating conversation, friendly and optimistic demeanor, sense of equality.

What drives you crazy:  Incessant talking, doesn't listen, too bossy, unfinished projects.

One of the risks when you have a pair comprised of Air Signs is that they will seldom, if ever, touch the ground.  For one thing, they both love to talk and talk they do, day and night, awake and asleep.  The Twin has unending interests and exploits to expound and Libra is interested in them all, or at least tries to be.  Libra is all about relationships and doesn't like to be alone, so being with Twins is somewhat of a bonus.

One thing that Libra brings to this party is some organization skills.  Maybe not to the extent of a Virgo, but enough to channel some of that Gemini energy into a finished project every now and then.  Libra does this in an inobtrusive way that fits in so well to the conversation that the Twin doesn't even realize that they actually accomplished something to completion.  At least that's how it's supposed to work, Libra providing the support and guidance to make it happen, the Twins providing the ideas and energy.  As long as Gemini stays busy and Libra stays involved, the relationship should run relatively smoothly.

Afflicted Moons or Ascendants could jeopardize this natural teaming ability.  For example, if Libra has too much Mars and demonstrates aggression that is deemed offensive by the Twins, conflict could arise.  As a Cardinal sign, Libra likes to lead but that can become a bit too pushy or restrictive with the wrong aspects.  Likewise, if the Twins have a bit too much Pluto, they could sabotage Libra's efforts just for spite and refuse to finish anything because it becomes a power struggle that is simply a matter of principle.  However, these should be relatively rare and most relationships between these two signs should run fairly smoothly.

The only exception might be when it gets right down to core, emotional issues.  Even though Libra is all about relationships and absolutely requires one to feel whole, they do not like to talk about their feelings.  They'll talk about relationships until they AND you are blue in the face, but never about how they feel.  They want to be fair to everyone and not offend a living soul (or even dead ones), and if they took a stand on something or actually told someone they'd hurt their feelings, it could cause discord and then their entire universe could collapse.  It's tremendously hard to be fair to the entire human race while defending your own ego.  Try it sometime.  Gemini tends to be exceptionally analytical about things and might really give Libra some grief on this issue.  Libra's best defense is some kind of diversion tactic, since Gemini distracts easily.  And given that, these two should do just fine.
