Taurus (April 21 - May 21) - The month begins with the Sun alone in your Sign but throwing some good aspects. Jupiter is in Scorpio, your Polar Sign, and it's retrograde but Jupiter is seldom bad news. If your birthday is the first week of May it will most likely be highlighting one or more of your close relationships and making you think about what you really expect and are willing to give. Mars is sextile the Sun on May 1 which should throw some energy toward those born on that day that will continue for the entire year since it will be reflected in your Solar Return Chart. There's a Grand Water Trine out there, also, that will bring some change or unexpected development that will have an emotional impact on your homelife, also primarily for those of you born the first part of May. Saturn is motivating you to take your responsibilities at home quite seriously for those born the last week of April. Pluto, planet of regeneration and deep change, is in your 8th House of sex, death and other people's money. Pluto moves v-e-r-y slowly, so there are numerous changes going on in these areas that will go on for some time to come. Right now it's hitting those born around the middle the May the hardest. The Full Moon on May 13 is also in Scorpio and will throw some more light on your relationships with some possible conflicts from your career as part of the issue. The New Moon on May 27 is in your 2nd House of possessions so you may be taking stock of what you need to buy in the near future so budget accordingly.
Gemini (May 22- June 21) - Brace yourself for more surprises and unexpected events at work, possible big ones, due to that Grand Water Trine involving Uranus, Mars and Jupiter if your birthday is the first week of June. If your birthday is around the middle of June Pluto has been messing with you for quite a while now and that will continue for a while because Pluto takes its sweet time and is currently in retrograde. When planets are retrograde it's time to go inside ourselves and think things through. Pluto in particular motivates deep and sweeping change and in your case these could be in the relationship area. Think about how you relate to others, what works and what doesn't and what you may need to do to get everything on track. Now is the time to plan and when Pluto goes posigrade in September will be the time for action. The New Moon on the 27th is in your Sign but there aren't many significant aspects other than a sextile to Saturn which could make you more pensive than usual and slow down your lightning-quick thought patterns a bit. Neptune goes retrograde in your 9th House on the 23rd, which will be a good time to think about and/or plan long distance travel, higher education or legal issues, whichever area is most relevant for you, especially if your birthday is around June 10th. The Sun enters Gemini on May 21st.
Cancer (June 22 - July 22) - Mars is in your sign and will be all month. As it conjoins your Natal Sun you can expect a strong burst of energy or an ego boost of some sort. You'll probably be a bit more assertive than usual and may also need to watch your temper. You're usually far from selfish, so this may be an appropriate assertion of your needs. If your birthday is between July 17-21, your creativity should be strong thanks to Jupiter, but since it's retrograde it may simply be a time to be inspired. Write down the ideas as they come so you'll have them later when it's time for action. Pluto could be causing you some grief at work for those same folks or you may be experiencing some health problems, perhaps because you're being stressed at work for those of you born around. Take a good, hard look at what's going on and what appropriate action on your part might be. Neptune goes retrograde in your 8th House on the 23rd, which could strengthen your intuition or possibly set you up to be deceived. For those of you born around July 10th, don't fall for any get-rich-quick schemes or propositions but check them out carefully. If your birthday is around the first week of July and you're in school, involved in legal action of some sort or traveling long distances, be prepared for the unexpected, but it won't necessary be bad. The Full Moon on the 13th seems to highlight group activities, perhaps relative to your children or creative efforts. The New Moon on the 27th could trigger some introspection into an area that's ready for some change.
Leo (July 23 - August 23) - The Sun will square your Natal Sun sometime this month so be prepared to be faced with a decision you don't particularly like. Jupiter is over there in your 4th House which is probably prompting some changes to your home environment, especially for those born the first week of August. Perhaps your family is expanding or you're fixing up your house, remodeling or something along those lines. Pluto is retrograde which could be causing some deep introspection regarding children, creative endeavors or possibly the romantic side of your life if you were born around the middle of August. You folks also need to watch out for Neptune which goes retrograde on the 23rd. This will deepen your intuition in most cases unless it's in negative aspect to one of your Natal planets in which case it could set you up to be duped. This could occur relative to a close relationship so keep your eyes and ears open and make sure your seeing and hearing things correctly. Surprises or unexpected changes are possible so be careful. The Full Moon on the 13th is likely to set these events in motion so be prepared. The New Moon on the 27th is in more favorable aspect so it should usher in a positive new beginning of some sort, particularly for those born around the last week of July/first week of August.
Virgo (August 24 - September 22) - Expect increased activity and possibly some competition in any group activities you have going this month as Mars transits your 11th House. Jupiter probably has those of you born around September August 28 - September 2 doing some heavy thinking these days that will come to fruition after it comes out of retrograde the first week of July. Changes in your home environment continue for these same folks and you've probably been on one of your Virgo cleaning frenzies for quite some time, either literally or figuratively. This is because Uranus, planet of unexpected change and surprises, is in your Polar Sign, Pisces. This is probably affecting relationships of some sort, which most likely ties in with the home environment issues. Venus is transiting Aries all month which could possibly bring you a small financial windfall. Retrograde Neptune could cause some issues at work to be different than they appear so keep your guard up and antennae deployed, particularly if your birthday is around September 8-12. The Full Moon on the 13th should have a positive effect and throw some light on some ideas and thoughts of a philosophical nature you've been entertaining lately. The New Moon on the 27th could trigger some issues at work or relative to your career, particularly for those born around the last week of August/1st week of September.
Libra (September 23 - October 23) - Your ruling planet, Venus, will be transiting Aries, your Polar Sign, this month. Since Venus is generally a benefic planet, this should be a good thing, though we know that even the Goddess of Love has a darker side. Of course the real bad actor (or I suppose actress) is Lilith, but chances are you've never heard of her (she has nothing to do with the character on TV other than the fact the TV gal was probably named after this one) and we'll talk about what she is and what she does some other time. Pluto is sextile your Sun for those of you born around the middle of October which should be making you a bit pensive about some of your old baggage and possibly giving you some incentive to change a few things. As the planet of regeneration, the changes are usually good in the long run but there is always the tendency to throw the baby out with the bath water so make sure you remember to keep the important stuff with the lesson but let the rest go. Neptune goes retrograde on the 23rd, which will increase your intuition and most likely your imagination. Use it wisely in your creative endeavors or in your romantic moments. Uranus is messing with just about everyone these days. If your birthday is the first week of October you've probably been hit with a few surprises and changes lately that caused you to defend your position. Mars could be stirring things up careerwise. Make sure you have all the facts before you speak and use the energy wisely. Remember don't be so fair that you hurt yourself. The Full Moon on the 13th could throw some light on your possessions, so if you need to replace something keep an eye out for sales. The New Moon on the 27th will trine you Sun if you were born the last week of September so look for some good things to come from that, perhaps in an area related to your 9th House.
Scorpio (October 24 - November 22) - Jupiter has been chugging along through your sign for quite a while now and is currently retrograde. If your birthday is right around the first of November, this should be motivating some considerable thoughts about your personal ethics and place in the world. Recognize that you are larger than life to some people and your obligation to not disappoint them. Your ruling planet, Pluto, is also retrograde and somewhat stuck in your neighboring sign, Sagittarius. You may feel a twinge or two from this if your birthday is around November 15-19 but it shouldn't be anymore than a nagging feeling that something is getting ready to break down. If your birthday is between the 5-9th of November expect the unexpected or some significant change, but it should hopefully be of a positive nature since Uranus will be in Trine your Sun. Uranus, Jupiter and Mars are in a Grand Water Trine and thus working together on something that you'll feel emotionally. Venus is transiting Aries this month which could throw some positive light your way at work or perhaps relative to your health. Mercury will be opposite your Sun at some point between May 4-19. Expect an argument of some sort on the same day as your birthday, give or take a day or two, i.e. if your birthday is November 8, look out for May 8. Neptune could be playing some silly games, especially after it goes retrograde on May 23. Scorpio intuition is usually pretty strong, but this will give it a bit of a turbocharge. Effects will be strongest for those born between November 10-14. Deploy your antennae and listen hard for something relative to your home environment. The Full Moon on the 13th is in your sign. If your birthday is between November 10-20 you will definitely feel it throwing some light on something in your life you need to look at real hard. The New Moon on the 27th will hit those born the last week of October, possibly to justify something related to a loan or inheritance.
Sagittarius (November 23 - December 21) - Pluto is still in your sign and not about to leave for a while because the little beggar moves like a glacier and on top of that is retrograde again. Those born December 14-17 are feeling this the hardest and it's probably pretty unpleasant. As the planet of regeneration it is causing you to look really hard at yourself and your relationships and unearthing all sorts of things you probably don't want to see. However, if you've ever had anything rot in the refrigerator, you know the only way to get rid of the smell is to find it and clean it out. Same goes for your life and it will be better for it. However, when you find your figurative rotted material, make sure that you don't throw everything away, only that which is no longer useful. Saturn is provoking some serious thoughts for those born November 25 - December 2, possibly strengthening your resolve to make some significant changes in your life. For everything there is a season so take what the universe is trying to tell you to heart. If your birthday is around December 12-14, expect some extra intuition from Neptune this month. Use it wisely. Changes or unexpected events that you may not like are likely for those born around December 4-8. Make sure you're not procrastinating any maintenance that needs to be done around the house and that your homelife generally is in order. On the positive side, Venus is transiting Aries this month which should throw some good things your way as far as your creative efforts, children or love life. Mercury will be in your Polar Sign, Gemini, starting on May 19. From then until the first few days of June you can expect an argument or confrontation of some sort on the calendar day that corresponds with your birthday, i.e., if you were born on December 19, lookout for May 19, etc. The Full Moon on May 13th in neighboring sign, Scorpio, will possibly prompt a decision that needs to be made for those born between December 10-20. The New Moon on May 27th in in your Polar Sign, Gemini, and will further highlight all that Pluto crap relative to yourself and who you are as well as your relationships for those born December 14-17. Capricorn (December 22 - January 20) - Your sign is currently devoid of planets but Mars is transiting your Polar Sign, Cancer, this month. Those born December 30 - January 20 will be most affected, most likely by an argument or confrontation of some sort. This will occur within a day or two of the same day of the month you were born on, i.e., if you were born on January 5 look out for May 5, etc. This is most likely to occur in the relationship area and you'll be feeling your oats, so it will largely be up to you to keep the peace by controlling those aggressive tendencies that Mars does so well. Venus will be in Aries most the month, which means that it's going to Square you Natal Sun at some point. This is Capricorn's 4th House of home environment and even though Venus is generally a benefic planet, it could mean some speed bumps ahead, especially since it's likely to form a T-Square between your Natal Sun and Mars. So male/female relationships will probably be in for a challenge or two meaning you need to think ahead and think about what it's likely to be about and how you want it to turn out and then act accordingly. Mercury will be covering its usual ground at breakneck speed but will hopefully be in a favorable position when all this hits so you can talk it out. Uranus, planet of surprises and the unexpected, is lurking in your 3rd House and especially potent for those of you born between January 1-5. This is most likely to manifest as an "Aha" moment, change of attitude or in how you're viewing a certain situation. The good news (yes, there actually is some) is the Jupiter will be Trine your Sun during this same time as part of that Grand Water Trine out there so all in all things should turn out okay. The Full Moon on May 13th is also in favorable aspect, particularly for those born January 10-16. The New Moon on the 27th is in your 6th House so there may be some new developments at work, especially for those born the last week of December.
Aquarius (January 21 - February 18) - Neptune is in your sign but not in your face because that is not how he operates. If you were born between February 7-11 you are probably having numerous flashes of inspiration and many grand ideas. Be sure to write them down or, if possible, even start on them, since inspiration like this will probably not come again in your lifetime. When Neptune goes retrograde on May 23 most of the influence will shift inward, sharpening your intuition and feeding plans for the future rather than real-time issues. Again, this is a rare and precious time to utilize it everyway you can to gain insights into your life and where it needs to be headed. However, even though I know you usually don't have this problem, make sure any soft, compassionate vibes don't soften your brain and make you easy prey for deception. Keep that logic operative. The Full Moon on May 13th will throw a T-Square to Neptune which will be especially forceful so if you haven't noticed anything before, you probably will then. Uranus is just one sign away from your Sun in your 2nd House of possessions so you might have something break or wear out. Venus is in Aries most of the month which is Trine your Sun, so this should add to your natural charm and conversational skills. Mercury will transit Aries, Taurus and most of Gemini this month so will be throwing both good and bad communication abilities your way at one time or another, depending on when your birthday is, but at least the end of the month will be positive. These ups and downs are likely to relate to your homelife, children or love life. Mars is in Cancer all month and will probably stir up some trouble at work and put you in a position where you have to defend your territory, processes or maybe both. The New Moon on the 27th is in your 5th House and could mean some new beginning in the creative area, with your kids or possible of a romantic nature. This will be strongest for those born the last week in January.
Pisces (February 19 - March 20) - Uranus, planet of change and the unexpected, is positioned just about dead-center in your sign. Thus, for those born between March 2-7 things are undoubtedly quite exciting right now. You're probably having mood swings from Hell, people are treating you differently and it's just one thing after another. Just when you think things are going to settled down, Wham! there it goes again. As much as it feels like the universe itself is picking on you, believe me that is just the way those fickle planets are. It will move on, albeit slowly, and things will get back to normal. Your ruling planet, Neptune, is right nextdoor in Aquarius, and for those of you fortunate enough to be born between March 8-12 you could be getting some nice flashes of inspiration and a boost to your already strong intuition. Maybe. The aspect is really not that favorable but fortunately also not that strong, but since it's your ruling planet you might be feeling the effects. Just make sure it doesn't make you too understanding to the point of being naive or bring out that compassionate side for someone who really doesn't deserve it. If you're confused, ask one of your Earth Sign friends to help figure it out. Mercury, who's trekking along between Aries and Gemini this month, will be throwing a variety of aspects your way that range from good to bad. Toward the latter half of May it will be squaring your Sun so expect your communications to be misunderstood and possibly turned around. The good news is that Mars, the energy giant, is throwing a nice Trine your way that is also part of that Grand Water Trine involving Mars, Jupiter and Uranus, that will be in effect until about the middle of the month. As you're undoubtedly aware, Pisces is also a Water Sign so those vibes will definitely be coming your way, especially if Uranus is messing with your Sun as mentioned earlier, i.e. those of you born March 2-7. The Full Moon on May 13th will give it all an extra punch, especially if your birthday is between March 11-15. Pluto could be causing a bit of trouble for those born March 15-19, most likely relative to your career or reputation. Hang in there, don't give them anything to fuel the fire and do some serious thinking about whether or not you're in the right place at the right time. The New Moon on the 27th will square your Sun if you were born the last week in February. This could open up a few things to deal with in your home environment, so be prepared.
Aries (March 21 - April 20) - The good news is that Venus is transiting your sign most of the month which will add to your charisma and even appearance. People will find you attractive and even more charming than usual. Maybe. Conversely, your ruling planet, Mars, the God of War, is out there chugging along through Cancer, which just happens to be Square your Sun. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out when Mars and Venus are in Square that male/female stuff is probably not going to be a cakewalk, but that applies to everyone generally. However, since Mars may Square your Natal Sun in the process, it will bring out all that natural aggression of yours and the target is likely to be the folks at home. The only Aries who will miss out are those who've already been through it in April and that would be those born in March. The rest of you need to either get into a Yoga class real quick, drink lots of chamomile tea or, if you don't particularly like the people you live with, prepare for out and out war, which you do so well. In that case you might want to warn the neighbors to get out of Dodge. You may get a bit of help on the positive side from Mercury but that will be after May 19th when it goes into Gemini and will depend on when it sextiles your individual Sun, so don't expect miracles. At best it will only help you communicate your side and if you're doing it at 80 decibels it won't make a lot of difference. Uranus is over there in your 12th House stirring the pot, especially for Rams born the first week of April. Expect the unexpected as far as your thoughts and feelings are concerned. Pluto is over there in your 9th House where he's been camped out for sometime now. He's retrograde, also, which causes some heavy duty ruminations relative to changes that need to be made, perhaps with regard to going back to school, a nice, long trip far, far away or possibly in the legal arena. The Full Moon on the 13th could mess with your possessions in some way, e.g. your car might break down, or it could affect your ability to borrow money until you defend your position or something in your past. The New Moon on the 27th should be quite a bit friendlier and give you a mental boost, especially if you were born the last week of March.
