Early in the month you may have a breakdown or home repair
that is less than enchanting. This is especially likely if your birthday
is around August 17-21. The situation will hopefully be short-lived, but
make sure that you don't take any frivolous short-cuts to get it fixed.
There could also be a disagreement of some sort at home, perhaps about how much
to spend on the aforementioned repair, but the communication
channels should be open and allow you to resolve it with minimal bloodshed in a
reasonable amount of time. Leos have strong powers of persuasion, a.k.a.
that leonine temper. The Full Moon in Gemini, your Natural 11th House, occurs on December 4th and is likely to illuminate a pleasant month of socializing with your friends or within your social circle. It could also highlight something you've really wanted for a long time that ranks right up there in the hopes and wishes department. This will be especially true if your birthday occurs during the first week of August. However, remember that you need to tell people (or perhaps, this time of year, Santa) what you want. This is usually not a problem for Leos, but just in case. Mindreaders are few and far between, unless you're talking about a Pisces or perhaps a Scorpio. But it's still safer to just come out and tell them what you want. Most of the action this month will be in Sagittarius, your Natural 5th House that covers children, your lovelife and creative endeavors. Leo is home to the Zodiacal 5th House so this is an area that is near and dear to your heart. If you don't entirely understand the seeming contradictions of what I just said, don't worry about it. Just trust me that the planetary energy this month will be strong and memorable and Jupiter will induce a noticeable expansion in this area, possibly due to Holiday-related activities. You'll want to do everything in a big way and with your usual Leo flair, spelled c-l-a-s-s. You know how to do things exactly right and everyone involved will notice your panache. The New Moon on the 20th will be in this same neighborhood and possibly usher in a new beginning of some sort. On December 6th, Saturn goes retrograde. For Leos, this will occur in your Natural 1st House, which represents the essence of you and your personality. Saturn does this about once a year and what happens is that some facet of your life related to the House involved gets packaged up for analysis by your subconscious. You'll probably only be vaguely aware that anything is even going on, except you may feel a little restless or perhaps frustrated, perhaps for no obvious reason. At any rate, some element of your personality will come under close, subconscious scrutiny. Around the first day of Spring, i.e. April 21, you may begin to realize what this area happens to be and by July, when the process is complete, you'll see what was going on with 20:20 hindsight. If you have any self-defeating behaviors, this is likely to flush it out. Leos have a few classic weaknesses, one being pride, another their temper, so these are possibilities for renovation. Just remember that this is not a bad thing, but an astrologically motivated self-improvement exercise that will serve your well. There may be some emphasis on work toward the end of the month, but this should be of a positive nature and involve pleasant communiques as opposed to hassles. You may receive some well-deserved recognition or simply find that everyone is treating you a little nicer than before. Leos like to be appreciated and generally purr like a kitty when this occurs. This should be a busy, even hectic month, especially with the holidays. Be sure to not push yourself too hard, but to enjoy them as much as possible. You may feel a little bummed out from time to time the next few months due to that Saturn transit, but rest assured when all is said and done you'll be significantly wiser than you are now about something. |
