It seems that big businesses such as utility companies and government agencies are making more mistakes than usual lately and I'm not talking about the political scene, which would certainly be a target-rich environment.  Rather I'm talking about billing mistakes and stupid goofs or oversights which seem to fit that infamous yod out there, perhaps because they're trying to keep up with less employees which leaves them overwhelmed and perhaps apathetic.  The likelihood is higher the next few days that something like this will come your way out of the blue.  If so, please feel free to visit our Facebook site and tell us about it.
