Leo - Scorpio

What you like about each other:  Both of these signs exude passion and enjoy a healthy sex drive.  Do the math.

What drives you crazy:  Scorpio throwing buckets or possible even a deluge of water on the Leo ego, or Leonine power trip attempt (in your dreams, Leo).

These two would be a very interesting pair to watch.  Not only are they both a Fixed sign, meaning they're both resistant to change, but one is Fire and the other Water.  Leo resides in the 5th house of children, love affairs and creative endeavors and Scorpio lives in the 8th house of sex, death and other people's money.  You can see where they both have sexual overtones within their natural houses and are thus probably both slightly over-sexed, unless tempered by their Moon signs or Ascendants.  Furthermore, one is ruled by the Sun, at the center of all the planets, and the other by Pluto, on the fringes of the solar system.  Can you see where this is going yet? 

They will fluctuate between the extremes of violent agreement versus immovable disagreement.  If they agree about something it will be engraved in stone, but if they don't their chances of resolving it, at least peacefully, are not very likely.  Leo is used to roaring and then getting his way without further ado while Scorpio likes being questioned about as much as the Godfather.  Leo has ego needs and Scorpio has power needs.  Leo also likes to lead, but so does Scorpio.  So even though neither is a Cardinal sign, there will be some conflict over who's in charge.  Truly the only hope for these two is compatible Moon or Ascendants, preferably a nice, quiet Earth sign like Virgo or Capricorn.  As another Fixed sign, Taurus could conceivably make it even worse.

My advice to this couple is to have a long enough engagement to allow that initial fire and attraction to wane a bit.  You really need to make sure you know what you're getting into.  You need to talk a lot about everything from finances to children to vacations and dual careers to say nothing of your expectations of a mate 24/7 before you commit permanently to one another.  Trust me.
