The
New Moon on the 14th
occurs in Gemini, your Natural 9th
House of legal matters, long distance travel and higher education.
This is favorably placed in a fellow
Air Sign which could conceivably open up something new and interesting in
this area. Libras like fairness and a pleasant, peaceful environment which
could fit in any number of places in this house so make it work in whatever
venue applies to your life at this time. The Full Moon on the 30th is in
fellow Cardinal Sign, Capricorn, but may not be quite as friendly. Cappy
is you Natural 4th House of home environment, so this lunation may indicate an
ending of some sort that causes a conflict of some kind. The fact that
Mercury goes
retrograde on the
16th could contribute to possible problems. As you may recall, this is
when just about anything mechanical or electronic seems to break down, go on the
fritz or downright crash. Just bear in mind, if something like this
occurs, to do everything you can to avoid buying a replacement until after July
10. Otherwise the odds are high that it will be a lemon or dud of some
sort and have a general curse on it forevermore. Mercury will be retrograde in Cancer, your Natural 10th House of career, reputation and authority figures, so these will be the primary target for communication problems of all sorts. Make sure that anything you do is above board, clearly expressed and documented and beyond any kind of reproach and likewise make sure that anything you receive from others meets these same standards. This is an outstanding time to redo, rework or rethink projects so rather than trying to plunge forward with something new between June 16 - July 10, which will be an unfavorable time, use that period instead to make sure everything is in order. In a nutshell, it's not when you want to start anything new that involves communications of any kind. On the positive side, on June 6th your ruling planet, Venus, enters Leo, your Natural 11th House of friends, clubs and hopes & wishes. This should bring some pleasant experiences your way which could also ultimately result in an opportunity of some sort. For several months Saturn has been in this neighborhood and much of that time he was retrograde. That is gratefully over, and chances are that during that period you discovered something in that needed to be addressed. Saturn is all about structure and responsibility, though he can also cause delays and other stumbling blocks as well. While you've probably already made progress in that regard, to make a long story short, at the end of the month Venus will be nose to nose with Saturn, which is likely to bring something very beneficial your way. Saturn reminds us of our responsibilities, but there is a lot of satisfaction to be gained when we meet them. He also is about ambition and accomplishment, both of which can also help us define who and what we are. In the 11th House perhaps he was trying to remind you of how important your friends really are in your life and that you owe them more than you thought. Or perhaps, even though it felt as if he was kicking you in the butt, in reality he was taking your hand and showing you the way to attain your fondest hopes. Rarely is anything of value handed to us, whether it's a relationship or a solid financial basis, and Saturn can show you the way to hang with it and chug forward toward what is really satisfying and meaningful in life, which are seldom found via the easy path. Two retrograde planets have been hanging out in your Natural 3rd house that includes your thought processes, short journeys and early childhood for quite a while now, i.e. Jupiter and Pluto. These two are somewhat diametrically opposed because Jupiter is generally known for bringing luck and Pluto is generally know for bringing death and destruction. However, with them both RX, they can work better in concert. Jupiter RX will tend to address ethics and moral issues, causing you to redefine your belief system and philosophy of life. Pluto on the other hand is the Zodiacal Rotorooter, who will cut through clogged sewer lines of your past, forcing you to face sometimes ugly facts while making the point that you really can't flush everything down the toilet with impunity. Libras are all about fairness and thrive on relationships. They will freely sacrifice their own feelings and rights to assure harmony and avoid contention, but sometimes this is self-destructive. Thus, identifying choices in the past that only buried an issue and combining that with your belief system can actually work well toward the transformational change the only Pluto can accomplish. Just as cleaning out a clogged sewer line can create an unspeakable mess in your front yard, nonetheless it is essential if you want to continue living with indoor plumbing. In this same manner, ridding yourself of past faux pas' can create healthier relationships and a higher quality of life. Libras usually do not do well alone. Even if they are totally soured on the human race because they've been walked on and scarred beyond recognition, they will always long to share their life with someone. Having Neptune in your Natural 5th House of creativity, children and love affairs can incline you to be way too idealistic, which will set you up for failure every time. He is currently RX as well, which will internalize his influence and possible open you up to delusions. In this house you may set impossible standards for your children to meet, for your creative efforts or in your love relationships. As an Air Sign you generally operate on logic and in this case you need to crank up the gain and make sure that you are seeing things correctly and not rationalizing something that is entirely unrealistic. Mars is in Aries, your Natural 7th House of relationships. There is something tremendously ironic about the fact that peace-loving Libra has war-monger Aries in this placement. Obviously the Universe has a tremendous sense of humor and its own way of forcing us to grow. As you probably know, Mars rules Aries so is very much at home there. This is more than likely throwing a lot of energy into your one on one relationships, whether they're of the personal or business variety. This will actually do some good if you utilize it to assert yourself and not allow others to take advantage of you. Make sure you manage it correctly, however, and not just blow off steam and then cave in like you usually do. Get their attention, speak your piece, and then use your negotiation skills to find a solution that work for both of you. This could very well be a significant month for you. Growth opportunities abound. They may not be easy or necessarily pleasant, but if you muster the energy to make things happen which is your birthright as a Cardinal Sign, you can make a difference for not just yourself but the others in your life as well. |
