From April 11th until the 27th Mercury  will be transiting your 12th House, which encompasses such things as your psyche and spiritual center.  This should be a stimulating time, particularly with the New Moon occurring in that same general vicinity on the 17th.  Thus, this month you may discover some elements of spirituality or other insights you hadn't considered before.  Mercury moves into Taurus on the 27th, which will help you to communicate more clearly.  If you have something you need to convey to others such as a proposal or presentation of some type, you have some extra help, at least until May 10 when the speedy little guy moves into Gemini.

You have probably been feeling a significant tug-o-war between work and home obligations for quite a while.  You are dedicated to both, yet sometimes there simply aren't enough hours in the day, especially if you're a typical Taurus and somewhat slow moving, to get everything done properly.  This will be especially noticeable if your birthday falls between May 7 - 14.  These pressures should stop feeling quite so uncomfortable after the 21st, though you may not really feel as if you have the matter in hand until the end of July.  By then you'll be less inclined to grumble internally about the fact you weren't born independently wealthy or blessed to be in a career field that provides an eight hour a day answer to all your emotional needs.  Along similar lines, a specific work project may come to a conclusion on the 2nd with that Full Moon. 

Group activities will probably involve a lot of data and conversations for the first half of the month with the ongoing undertone that changes are on the wind.  There should be plenty of energy in this area as well and if you really keep your eyes open and pay close attention you can probably find an opportunity or two. 

Your Natural 8th House of intimate relationships, other people's money and death and regeneration in a figurative sense has probably seen some action for quite a while, also.  This house is loaded with subtle, hidden elements that seldom see the light of day, yet they have considerable impact on our character and overall happiness.  Jupiter and Pluto are both in residence and have been for some time.  Jupiter would create a general expansion in your awareness of these issues while Pluto, the Zodiacal forensics specialist, has been digging away at anything in this area that requires cleansing. 

The plot thickens further since both these planets go retrograde this month, Pluto on the 1st and Jupiter on the 6th.  Since these aren't exactly dinner conversation as a rule, the fact they'll be going further beneath the surface for a while is almost a moot point.  If they've been preying on your conscious mind, you may have a temporary sense of relief as they make the dive to your subconscious.  They won't be gone, however, and will come back, perhaps like a bad penny, several months down the road.  The most prudent action on your part would be to not let them entirely slip beneath the surface and do whatever you can, up to and including counseling, to get them resolved at the conscious level.  As a matter of fact, when these two are retrograde they will probably actually lend a hand to either psychotherapy or a regimen of self-help.

The Sun moves into Taurus on the 20th so your solar return is coming up fast.  This will begin a new cycle so it's a good time to think about this past year, where you've been, where you're going and where you really want to be a year from now.  Bulls tend to move in a slow, deliberate way that ultimately gets them to their goal, but they can also tend to procrastinate.  Give yourself an objective self-assessment and make sure you're still moving, even at glacial speeds.  If you're not sure, I'm sure a close friend or member of your family will help you out.
