This month starts out with some interesting aspects, including Venus finishing her trek through Libra, your Natural 9th House of higher education, legal matters, religion and long distance travel, and throwing a nice sextile to Jupiter in your 11th House of groups, hopes and wishes. This is likely to stimulate an opportunity, possibly a big one, in one or perhaps a combination of these areas during the first week of December. The first few days of the month you may notice a nudge concerning your responsibilities and getting them in order as the year draws to a close. If you tend to get a little too enthusiastic with your Christmas shopping, this could easily remind you that Santa Claus is not the one who pays the bills come January. Furthermore, if there's something that you really want, but it's going to require some significant savings to accomplish, this will help get your priorities straight and help you discipline yourself accordingly. This will be generated by Saturn, the great disciplinarian, and when he goes retrograde on the 19th, you'll have several months to give this some deep consideration and renovate your spending habits as required. Your Sign Ruler, Uranus, could cause a disturbance or two in this area about this same time. You may encounter some peer pressure to indulge in something you know you shouldn't, or it's also possible that something will break down or require replacement that you hadn't counted on or planned for, creating a kick in the budget that will reinforce the need to get your spending under control.

All through December and the better part of January, Jupiter and Pluto will be in a bear hug in Sagittarius. Between December 19 - 29, the Sun will join them, making a very powerful stellium in your Natural 11th House. Jupiter is all about ethics and belief systems in additional to being the great expander and Pluto is the astrological forensic examiner. Thus, you'll be giving some serious consideration to issues related to your organizational activities, circle of friends, and hopes and wishes with respect to where you are in these areas, how you got there, and how to clean up any past mistakes that are holding you back. Pluto is definitely not known for his kindness, though one thing we often forget is that the ultimate effect is healing, similar to lancing a boil, extracting all the toxins, then allowing it to heal, even though there are likely to be a few scars. With January coming up fast, this will help you identify any New Years resolutions that should be on your list.

Something may come up at work that will stimulate some thinking about your job, possibly including your future and whether you're in the right place or not. If you're not making a living in the way you'd like, you'll probably do a lot of thinking about what you need to do to make the necessary adjustments. We spend too many hours of our life on the job to spend it doing something that we don't enjoy. This could give you a bit of incentive or motivation to consider any options such as returning to school, as noted above. Astrological aspects usually have an overall theme, and with so much activity in your 9th house you can expect that these will touch on your hopes and wishes in some way or another. The New Moon on the 9th is also in this neighborhood, and usually heralds a new beginning of some description as well, so pay attention and don't ignore the assistance the cosmos is trying to lend.

The second week of December, thanks to Neptune, a friend or someone at work may tell you something that you find inspiring and helps direct you toward something you've been dreaming of for quite a while. There are only so many hours in a day and if you haven't been spending them as wisely as you should, you may finally find the inspiration you've been looking for to change your attitude, if nothing else. Maybe you'll simply realize that you have it better than you thought or decide you deserve better and are ready to make any necessary sacrifices to make it happen. Those with birthdays on or immediately around February 10th will probably notice this the most.

Last month the male-female thing wasn't at its best, but that will improve between December 10 - 14 as Venus trines Mars. With Mars currently retrograde, the guys will probably be less aggressive, which should help bury any hatchets that were unsheathed in November. There could also be something come along relative to your job and/or career at this time that will help nudge things along in that department. Christmas week some opposition of some sort is likely that will further stir the job pot in one way or another. The Full Moon in Cancer on the 23rd is also likely to signal the culmination of something relative to your job, though it could also apply to your health. Two days before Christmas isn't usually when you'd think of starting a diet, but this is a good aspect for that as well and the good news is that it will be in effect until the next Full Moon toward the end of January, so you have some time to get started. If you gave due consideration to getting your budget into shape in the early part of the month, you're likely to encounter something that will help in this area sometime during the last week of the month or slightly into the new year.

If you're looking for romance, there's a chance for that around new years as well, though it's likely to necessitate some adjustments to make it work. If you have children, they could create a few blips on your radar that require attention as well. Finding time for creative activities may also be a bit of a challenge, though these can often be accomplished via daydreaming during those small pockets of time we have every day but seldom use.

Generally speaking, there's a lot of job/career and financial vibes out there this month for Water Bearers. Pay attention and take the necessary steps to assure your financial stability. Pursuing your dreams may be more of an option than you think, once you get everything in the proper order.
