The month starts out with
Mercury and
Mars in your Natural 2nd
House, which rules your
possessions. They'll only be there for roughly the first week of the month
and then they'll move into--you guessed it--your 3rd House, which rules your
intellect and mental activity. While they're in the former, you could
possibly experience car problems, an appliance going out or some other similarly
delightful event. However, with Mercury there, chances are good that
you'll either know what to do yourself to fix it or you'll have no trouble
finding someone else to take care of the problem for you.
Your 3rd House has quite the crowd this month. This is really not surprising since it's the holidays and Sagittarius likes to party. Jupiter, the Sun, Venus and Pluto all start out the month there, though Venus and the Sun will move out at some point. Jupiter tends to expand anything it touches and is generally lucky, so if you've been working on something and could use some ideas and enthusiasm, he should help things along quite nicely. The Sun will bring emphasis to this area, perhaps getting you the attention and support you need, and Venus will also bring some positive vibes and perhaps bring a little extra charm to whatever it happens to be. Venus is your ruling planet, so that gives her a little bit more punch than the others. Pluto is kind of a bummer, but on the positive side, his function is often to open up old wounds so they can be cleaned out and ultimately heal. He has been there for a long time, i.e. since 1995, so this is probably so normal you don't even notice it. Either that or you wonder why you've been in a bad mood for the past 12 years. On the positive side, this will ultimately help you sort out your baggage and deal with it in an effective way. Librans tend to be exceptionally fair, sometimes too much so, and often suck up hurts inflicted by others because they can see the other party's side of the story too well. Pluto may help you to realize that it's okay to stick up for yourself and that you don't always have to be "fair" to those who take advantage of your good nature. So if you even have thoughts along those lines, either thank or curse Pluto. And don't worry about being fair, because that isn't even on Pluto's radar. The New Moon on the 20th is real close to Pluto, by the way, so you might have an upsurge in these feelings at that time. Toward the end of the month, Mercury, the Sun and Venus will move into your Natural 4th House, which rules your home environment. These should be rather nice visitors to have there over the holidays. It should make them more special than usual for some reason and make for an easy flow of affection and good times with your friends and family. The Full Moon in Gemini on the 4th occurs in your 9th House, which influences higher education, long journeys, legal and ethics issues and so forth. If you've had anything going on in one of these areas, and particularly if your birthday is around the first week of October, you may see a pleasant conclusion to that activity. If you've been waiting on something in that area that can be completed quickly, it wouldn't hurt to plan it to coincide with this Full Moon for a little extra luck. You may have to justify any changes involved, but generally this should be a positive lunation for you. On December 6th Saturn goes retrograde in Leo, your 11th House of groups, friends, hopes and wishes. This will be in effect for several months. What this usually does is select something related to the House it's visiting, isolate it and give it to your subconscious to work on during the retrograde period. Thus, if there is something not quite right with your social circle, friends or your aspirations, your subconscious will be ruminating on this. You may feel frustrated or as if something is bugging you from time to time and this will probably be the reason. Around the first day of spring, i.e. April 21, you may have a revelation regarding what this particular issue is, if you don't already know. And by July it will become intuitively obvious, you'll have 20:20 hindsight on the entire thing, and be a whole lot wiser. There isn't anything you can do to prevent it, so just let Saturn do his thing and then enjoy your big "Aha!" next summer. This month will probably have a lot of mental action for you about various things, but not necessarily bad. If you have choices and/or decisions to make, you should have a lot of mental acuity to help you through the process. Your holidays should be emotionally warm and pleasant as well as memorable. If nothing else, use that Full Moon in some way to benefit you. |
