This should be a rather pleasant month that begins with some opportunities to identify, if not realize, some of your dreams thanks to Jupiter in sextile to Neptune. Perhaps you'll experience some form of inspiration that will show you the way to obtain some hopes and wishes you've been hanging onto for quite a while. This could be facilitated through your circle of friends, so listen to what they have to say and follow through on any networking. This aspect will be in effect until November 17th, so you have a bit of time to work with it, but don't let it pass without identifying something in this area because it won't happen in these same Houses again. Currently Neptune is in your Natural 1st House, which includes your personality and how you present yourself to the world, and Jupiter is in your 11th, which includes your friends, hopes and wishes. This house combination has a heavy bearing on how this sextile plays out, so even though the planets will be in similar aspect again in about four years, by then the affected houses will be entirely different, and will thus be more likely to influence your possessions and home environment versus the personal effect you could see this time. It's a nice one, so make it count. This is not to say you'll attain your fondest hopes at this time, but identifying what they are and determining how to get there are half the battle.

Mercury stations to come out of retrograde on November 2nd, which will put things back in gear in your Natural 9th House of higher education, long distance travel, legal matters, religion and so forth. If you've been trying to accomplish something in one of these areas that has been stuck in the mud for the last few weeks, this is why. It has been a good time to think and plan in these areas, so if you did your homework there, you should be able to move forward now.

The first week of the month, Mars, who's swimming along in Cancer, will trine that Scorpio Sun, which should have a positive effect of some sort on your work and career since they're hanging out in your 6th and 10th House, respectively; the 6th covers your work, health and pets, while the 10th is community status and career. Mars is dampened quite a bit by being immersed in a Water Sign, but a slight surge of personal ambition should still be felt which should bring you some positive attention. If your hopes and wishes relate to your career in any way, this could hook up with Jupiter and Neptune for something quite nice in that area. Furthermore, if you do your homework properly, that New Moon in Scorpio on the 9th should help you turn over a new leaf careerwise as well. You have lots of things going for you in this area astrologically, so if it's one in which you've been hoping to make a change, the Universe is giving you a definite hand at this time. Bear in mind, however, that Mars will station retrograde (RX) on November 15, which will probably bring any ambition workwise to a screeching halt. This only occurs about every two years and will last until the end of January. Thus, if you don't git 'r' dun before the 15th, you're likely to find things don't move forward much until February. This is not necessarily a bad thing, depending on what it is. It's a good time to reconsider what you want, make plans, and lay the foundation for future projects, but significant progress isn't likely, so don't get discouraged if this occurs. Use the time to take care of business in other areas.

From November 5 - 8 Venus in your Natural 8th House of sex, death & regeneration and shared resources will be squaring Pluto, who's hanging out with Jupiter in your 11th. This could play out in a variety of ways. First of all, if you've borrowed any money from a friend or associate, there's a chance that they may want it back, most likely at a time that you simply don't have it to give. It could also relate to a past lover, who could surface at a social gathering of some sort and unearth a few memories you'd thought were long forgotten. Pluto may have been rejected as a planet, but he still functions as a zodiacal backhoe who loves to dig up the past and rub your nose in it. The important thing is to confront it, assimilate the lesson and move on, or it will keep coming back until you do.

Mars will square Venus between November 19-23, which happens to be Thanksgiving week. This could cause a few conflicts between members of the opposite sex as this aspect is prone to do, but with Mars RX, the guys are more likely to cave than resist. This doesn't mean it's over or that they agree, only that they don't feel like arguing at this time, so if you're a female, don't go out celebrating any victories; he's just laying low, waiting for the next round. This isn't necessarily between significant others, but could also relate to other family members, people on the job, at school, or even in the legal arena. If that thought conjures up an Aha! of some sort, then you probably have a pretty good idea of what to expect. If you happen to be involved in a divorce at this time, be prepared for some passive-aggressive tactics that you probably won't like. Be prepared to make some adjustments, which could involve your checkbook or other possessions as well.

The Full Moon on the 24th is in Gemini, your Natural 5th House, and may herald the culmination of something related to a creative effort, love affair or your children. Venus will trine Neptune between November 25 - 28, which should be generally positive, being as Venus is a benefic planet in most cases, and a trine is usually positive, though Neptune can dispose us toward being a bit too idealistic and not being realistic. He can also dissolve boundaries. With Venus in your Natural 9th House, as previously mentioned this could also relate to higher education, legal matters, long distance travel and so forth. The possibilities are too broad for me to make a guess, but if your dreams involve something in one of these areas, something positive is likely to happen at that time.

Generally speaking, this should be a pretty positive month. Thanksgiving week might be a bit tense with certain members of the opposite sex, but that generally sounds like business as usual. This is a good month to pursue some long-standing dreams, and is also looking good for your career. If you snooze you lose, however, so be sure to do your part to make it happen.
