Mars will also sextile Venus from October 13 -22, which not only bodes well for male-female relationships, but also financial planning.  When Venus, also in your 3rd House, simultaneously gives Saturn a big bear hug, at least from the 13th - 17th, would be an especially favorable time to get your life more organized.  If you've been running in several directions at once and don't feel as if you're accomplishing anything, the planets are positioned during this time to give you a helping hand in getting it together.  Venus is also very active this month and her visits are usually rather pleasant.  With placement in your 3rd House she will probably help you feel more contented than usual and may even help smooth out some of those Cancer moods.  Other effects could include putting together a neighborhood get together, taking the time to read a good book just for pleasure, or taking a short trip to a local park for a picnic.

When Venus trines Pluto the first week, this could stimulate some deep introspection regarding your work environment.  If you're not entirely satisfied with where you are and what you're doing jobwise, you will find yourself ruminating quite frequently on all the things you don't like.  With Pluto hanging out in your Natural 6th House of work, health a pets, you've probably found yourself in the middle of numerous shady activities or power struggles for a long time.  Now might be the time when you take a long, hard look at what that all means and take action.  Midmonth when Venus hugs Saturn plus sextiles RX Mercury around that same time these rumblings should coagulate in your conscious mind with enough momentum to force a decision. 

The last week of the month Venus will oppose Uranus, planet of change, surprise events and upsets, who's stirring things up in your Natural 9th House of foreign travel, higher education, cultural issues and legal affairs.  Perhaps something unexpected in one of those venues will give you the final impetus to move on, particularly with that boost about the same time from Jupiter, who will form the apex of a T-square with that Venus - Uranus opposition from your house of work.  Usually the apex of such an aspect is where the solution lies so it appears the benefic Jupiter may throw some luck your way from the workplace that may facilitate a favorable change. 

All these Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, and Venus aspects seem to indicate the need to get together a plan that directs your ambitions and finances where you want them to go.  Take advantage of these positive vibes to do so now since you undoubtedly know that these are definitely not your favorite activities.  While you generally handle money fairly well, you're not always doing so in a methodical, goal-oriented manner since order and discipline is usually not your strong suit.  Thus, this is a good time to do some serious planning, when the planets are lending a helping hand.  If there's anything about how you earn your living that is unfavorable, now is also a time when the planets are in your favor to do something about it.  Of important note is the fact that the last week of October and first of November, Jupiter will sextile Neptune, parked comfortably in you 8th House of intimate relationships, shared resources and transformations.  Neptune is the master of illusion and can generate anything from inspired dreams to pitiful illusions.  This positive connection, however, may help you with all your other planning to not only get your finances in order but your dreams, also.  A vision of where you'd like to go is likely to be forthcoming and give you something to focus on with everything else you can accomplish this month.  Neptune may provide the boost you need to transform something about your life that will increase its quality significantly.

The Moon, your Sign Ruler, will be at its New Phase on the 11th in your Natural 4th House, which covers your home environment.  This includes the place you call home and any people with whom you share it.  This is undoubtedly one of the most important parts of your life, especially since Cancer rules the Universal 4th House.  Thus, this will be important in some way and perhaps usher in something new such as a new place to live, significant improvement, or new person in your life.  The Full Moon on the 25th is in Taurus, your Natural 11th House of groups, friends, hopes & wishes.  This will probably indicate the culmination of something in one of these venues, which also includes any organizations with which you're associated.  Perhaps you'll complete a project or other activity that you've been planning for a while, such as a Halloween Party.  It also may just be time to move on and try something new.

This should be, or at least could be, a very significant month for you.  The planets are enhancing various areas of your life with strong reasoning ability and assuring you have the data to make a few important decisions that can affect the quality of your life for a long time to come.  Take a long, hard look at where you are and where you want to go, then don't be afraid to move in that direction.
