Saturn is still in your sign and will be for quite a while.
If your birthday falls around August 10-20 you may be somewhat depressed this
month, definitely not your usual self. Saturn's personality is not
compatible with Leo fire and enthusiasm so if you feel as if you're enclosed in
a dark, cold, grey fog that's why. Additionally, Saturn is part of a
somewhat long-term T-Square that
also involves Jupiter
and Neptune. Outer
planets move slowly, meaning this aspect will be in effect for a while. I
know, I apologize, but I don't run the Solar System, the laws of physics do, and
I just report what's out there and try to warn you what to expect.
Forewarned is forearmed and all that.
Anyway, this fairly negative aspect could be affecting your home environment and relationships in some way. All the signs involved--Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius--are Fixed Signs, which means they resist change. Saturn frequently means delays though it could also signify issues with authority figures or caring for your aging parents. If you're single, perhaps you're hoping to settle down with someone, you're in a relationship that seems hopeful yet it never seems to go anywhere. Neptune is retrograde until the 29th. While in that state, you'll be more subject to delusion than usual and you may either be deceived by someone else or simply doing it all yourself. When it rights itself it may be easier to see more clearly, not only what is going on but what you really want. By then Neptune also breaks out of the triad, leaving Jupiter and Saturn to duke it out. There's a lot of activity in Libra this month which could also be messing with your mind. The Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars are all traveling together these days and that puts a lot of energy in a concentrated area, in this case your Natural 3rd House of mental activity. Libra is homebase for relationships and with Venus, the epitome of womanhood, and Mars, the epitome of manhood, sunning themselves there in the company of Mercury, champion of communications. You can bet there will be some interesting dialogs going on. This may cause you to be thinking way too much about that relationship you're looking for or some other issue in the forefront these days. Mars also signifies energy/ambition/ drive and Venus also represents work/possessions/creature comforts so these are alternate, less exciting possibilities. Maybe it's strictly related to your job or maybe it's simply time you made up your mind about something or committed yourself thereto. At any rate, the Full Moon on the 6th and the New Moon on the 22nd contribute further to this action, whatever it is for you. The Full Moon is in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, in your Natural 9th House of higher learning, long distance travel and legal matters. Maybe all that mental activity ties into one of those areas. If that's the case, now's the time to take action. The New Moon has the Sun, Moon, Venus and Mars all in Libra in very close proximity to one another. That's a LOT of energy with some very significant planets. If you haven't figured out what your mental focus is yet, by then it should dawn on you loud and clear. Jupiter and Mercury are also in very close alignment in Scorpio, which should give a major boost to communications. If you have any issues to discuss relative to your home environment or anything else, now is the time. And I do mean NOW because on the 29th Mercury will go retrograde. Unless you're a total neophyte to astrology you know that is a bad thing. Computers crash, cell phones die, cars and appliances break down, human communications crater and so forth during that time, which will last until well into November. So if whatever it is you need to settle isn't done by then you may as well forget it until right before Thanksgiving. On the 24th, that planetary parade moves into Scorpio, making four planets plus the Sun residing in a very intense sign which is also your 4th House of home environment. Now all that energy is really knocking your socks off and by Halloween there ought to be quite a show. On the 31st, Jupiter and Mercury are still hand in hand, but remember Mercury is now retrograde so communicating may be worse than ever. Furthermore, that ignominious pair is squaring Saturn, which will emphasize all the crap we talked about earlier, though at least the T-Square with Neptune is now broken. As if all that is not enough, in addition, Uranus, planet of change, unexpected events and other surprises is having some kind of encounter with the Moon, which drives your emotions, over in Pisces, another emotional hangout. This is your 8th House of sex, death/regeneration and other people's money so something unexpected in that area can mean anything from Nirvana to bankruptcy. Whew. I would say that October is going to be quite a month and if things get stressful, which they're almost bound to do, at least you know you can blame the planets. |
