If you've been experiencing appliance breakdowns, mechanical failures, plumbing faux pas, electronic equipment frustrations and the like, it could be related to your Sign Ruler, Pluto, slogging through your native 2nd House of possessions.  This is especially true if your birthday is between November 15-19, but it is probably affecting all Scorpios to some degree.  When he comes out of Retrograde on the 5th, this will improve.  There will be a power shift at that time which will definitely improve how electronics function and the obsessive qualities it has imposed on us humans will be relieved as well. 

I'm sure you're aware that Pluto has recently been demoted from a planet to a "Dwarf Planet."  Pluto may be small but it sure ain't insignificant and regardless of what the astronomers call it, the astrological influence will be the same.  And anyone who doubts that needs to have Pluto grinding on some key element of their Natal Chart for a while and they'll change their tune mighty quickly. 

With Neptune retrograde in your natural 4th House of home environment and Saturn opposing it in your Natural 10th House of community status and reputation, you may be experiencing some major conflicts between home and other duties.  Getting credit and attention for good deeds or accomplishments always makes us feel important, but don't forget all those things you might be missing out on at home, especially if you have children.  Situations in both areas might be profuse and opportunities hard to pass up, so the biggest challenge you have these days is to find balance in a way that keeps everyone, including yourself, reasonably happy.  You need to give this dichotomy some serious thought and determine how you can spend quality time with both endeavors.  There are two basic ways to accomplish this.  You can make sure that you leave home at home and work at work or conversely intersperse the two, i.e. a few well-timed phone calls home during the day or having lunch w/the kids at school, then doing some work at home in the evening when the kids are in bed.  Scorpios are capable of solving just about any problem presented to them, so the worst thing you can do is ignore it or deny that the problem exists.

The first part of the month should emphasize friends, coworkers or perhaps even some of your fondest dreams as the Sun strolls through Virgo, your Natural 11th House.  Mercury and Mars are there as well, which will provide enhanced communications and drive respectively.  The New Moon will be in the same vicinity, implying a new beginning of some sort, so use that Scorpio innovation to figure out how to tie all this into the work-home dilemma noted above.  Maybe you can get some help in one venue or the other, lightening your load, or perhaps an alternate plan will hatch through networking.  No one can scheme better than you, so make it a priority to figure out and then make it so.

By the end of the month the Sun, Mars and Mercury will have migrated into Libra, your Natural 12th House, so the shift then will be inward.  Maybe the only way you can solve your current problems is to get to their root, which usually has something to do with what's inside of you.  That is what your subconscious is all about and there will be many thought-provoking events and ideas coming at you from multiple sides.  All of this is undoubtedly preparing you for your Solar Return coming up in a couple of months.  There is a lot going on, but it will eventually converge in a way that surprises even you, the Secret Champion of the Zodiac.  The key is to think without obsessing so you can make solid progress rather than sitting there spinning your wheels in the mud.  For a sign of lesser ability it could be a problem, but for a Scorpio this should be child's play.
