These two planets are largely antithetical with Saturn all about structure, discipline and responsibility and Neptune more interesting in dissolving boundaries, transcending and merging with the collective consciousness. Currently Saturn has a bit of an edge, being in the sign of his exaltation, but on February 4th Neptune enters Pisces, the sign he rules, so expect this energy to get substantially more interesting about that time, especially since shortly thereafter Saturn goes retrograde.
