The first three days of December the Sun will square Saturn, which could motivate you to have a bit more structure in your spiritual life.  Maybe it's time to consider taking up something like yoga or some other form of meditation.  If you haven't been feeding your soul on a regular basis, this may give you a few ideas to that end.  On the 19th, Saturn goes retrograde until May, which will further stimulate subconscious activity in this area. 

The Sun will square Uranus between December 4 - 10, which could stir up a crisis or problem of some sort at work, though this is likely to actually create an opportunity for you to show your stuff.  You may have to make an adjustment or two or justify your position on the issue, but when all is said and done, it should be to your benefit.

Right around this same time, Mercury and Mars will be doing a bit of a tango and throwing some thoughts your way relative to your career.  Mars is currently retrograde (RX) in your 10th House of career and reputation, which is likely to be stirring up a few things in that area.  Mercury, master of communications, will be in Sagittarius, your Natural 3rd House of intellect and thought, as mentioned above, so this will serve as considerable stimulation to your thought processes and tied into your 10th, these thoughts will undoubtedly turn there at some point.  If you're not particularly happy with your current career, now is a time when you'll want to make a few adjustments and plan for the future.  If your current path isn't leading in a direction you like, now is a good time to start thinking about what you need to do to get on target. 

Mars RX has a tendency to stir up suppressed anger, which could possibly be directed at someone or possibly yourself for not pushing you in the right direction a long time ago.  Mars RX is also a good time to plan and determine where you want to go next, in other words plan your future action.  Thus, the planets are in your favor if things in this area of your life aren't satisfactory.  The New Moon on the 9th may offer further assistance toward starting a new phase in your life starting with your thoughts.

The transiting Sun will sextile Neptune from December 9 - 15, which should provide a nice boost to your dreamy, romantic side.  If you have children, it will also really help you get into the Christmas spirit and enjoy everything associated with that, especially if your birthday falls between October 9 - 15.  Enjoy this special time of year and do as many things as possible to escape into the wonder of the Christmas season.

Between December 10 - 14 Venus will trine Mars, which should be a nice break for male - female relationships.  They were squaring each other in November, particularly around Thanksgiving time, so this should be a significant improvement.  This could also have a positive effect on your career and finances.  A raise, promotion or maybe a Christmas bonus are all possible.  The Full Moon on the 23rd will also occur in your 10th House of career and reputation, which could also indicate the culmination of something in that area.  It could simply be a project or it could mean it's time to move on to something else entirely.

During all of December and into the first half of January, Jupiter and Pluto will form a conjunction.  This will occur in your Natural 3rd House as well, and since this is your house of intellect and mental activity, this will provoke a lot of thought and consideration.  Jupiter, especially while in his home base of Sagittarius, has a considerable influence on our core beliefs.  Pluto, the astrological version of a medical examiner, excels in unearthing hidden information and other hidden elements for extensive examination.  Thus, when these two get together, there is going to be something resembling an autopsy going on with your core beliefs.  Where did they come from?  Is your behavior in harmony with what you profess to believe, even to yourself?  Are your beliefs undefined or definitely different now than they were a few years ago?  What has life taught you in this area and have you adapted accordingly? 

Between December 19 - 29 the Sun will join this pair and shed even further light and attention on it.  Needless to say, this encompasses Christmas, a time when there is a lot of social activity, both within and without family.  This combination will undoubtedly cause you to view the people around you in a new light.  Some may earn a new respect from you and others may lose it entirely.  At any rate, by New Years, you're likely to have a somewhat different view.

During approximately this same time, i.e. between December 22 - 27, the Sun will move into Capricorn and oppose Mars, which will bring up some possible opposition between your home and career.  Maybe that new career opportunity came along, but it will entail more hours at the office, on travel, or possibly require a move.  If your birthday is between September 23 - 28, this is likely to have a fairly strong effect.

A few days before and after New Years, the Sun will trine Saturn, which would ordinarily be a positive aspect for some harmonious activity between your home and spiritual life, but this could possible conflict with something you had in mind of a more personal nature, especially if you were born around September 29 - October 4.  This is a good opportunity to draw from your Libran attribute that bestows a large measure of fairness upon you, which should enable you to do the right thing.

Also right around New Years day, give or take a few days, Venus and Mars will be talking again, though by now Mars will have backed into Gemini, your Natural 9th House of higher education, long distance travel, legal matters and religion.  This will evoke some interesting conversations of an intelligent nature, which should play in well with all the other mental activity you have going on this month.

Most of the action this month, as you've probably already figured out, is going to be mental and psychological this month.  Pay attention to what is going on around you and how and where you fit in.  If things just don't seem to quite fit, then listen to what the universe is trying to tell you.
