The month begins with Venus sextile Jupiter, your Sign Ruler, and is likely to bring some positive attention and opportunities for you with respect to any groups or organizations with which you're associated due to Venus' placement in your Natural 11th House of groups, hopes and wishes.  You're likely to be the star of any activities during the entire first week of December, and should be even more noticeable for those with birthdays between December 16 - 20.  You're not one to be shy anyway, but you really need to get out and socialize during this time, especially with an aspect like this, as you're very likely to meet someone who will be very helpful to you in some way.  This is also a favorable time to put some extra effort into pursuing any hopes or wishes you've been nursing along.  During the first few days of the month, a challenge or two could come up regarding your career or reputation, but this should be short-lived and is likely to be quickly forgotten in the benefits that follow.

If your birthday falls December 18 - 23, you'll especially notice, and probably already have, that Jupiter - Pluto conjunction that's been moving into place for several weeks now.  This aspect, which will last until the middle of January, will be doing a serious number on your personal belief system.  You're likely to find yourself questioning everything from your political and religious beliefs to whether you should continue your education or perhaps pursue a career overseas.  We're not talking about trivial shifts in opinion or attitude here, but in major, transformational changes that will affect the direction of your life.  There will be a bit of a turbo-boost from December 19 - 29 when the Sun joins in, making it a relatively rare stellium conjunction.  Any children born under this aspect will definitely have some very strong and deep personal traits.

From December 4 - 10 there could be a surprise or two around your household thanks to the Sun squaring Uranus in your 4th House of home environment.  These are likely to be less than convenient and represent a disruption or some other interruption that will be somewhat less than enchanting.  Something is bound to happen this week that fits this category, so be careful and thoughtful and thus not invite anything more frustrating than necessary into your life at this hectic time of year.  You could encounter some passive-aggressive tactics from someone somewhat close to you between December 6 - 9.  This will require an adjustment of some sort on your part, perhaps related to some unrealistic dreams you may have relative to this particular person.  We often try to project our dreams onto others only to find out later that they aren't who or what we thought they would or could be.  This usually doesn't mean they did anything wrong.  Rather it was us who projected something onto them that wasn't realistic.

Realism may bite you in the relationship department, but between December 9 - 15 you're likely to experience some useful inspiration or insights that could open up some opportunities.  Don't dismiss any brainstorms, but write them down for further reference, and if you have someone to discuss them with, do so, as you might just come up with something that will help you attain some of your dreams at some later date.  Many are the million dollar ideas that started over a friendly beer after work.  The difference lies in those who pursue them and those who let them fade into the past.

It's good to know that the male-female vibes have improved this month versus last, though the most noticeable time will be between December 10 -14.  If you've met someone, or possible even meet someone for the first time, during this time period, pay close attention as there is likely to be some serious chemistry between you.  If you happen to be the female in this duo, realize that you'll be projecting some sultry and sensual messages whereas the males of the species are likely to be a bit more restrained than usual.  While there is every possibility that this relationship could develop into something of substance, you need to exercise some caution and realize that a lot of the attraction may not be the stuff of which long-term relationship are made.  If you're okay with a fling, it's likely to be a hot one, but if you're looking for more in a relationship, you'd probably do well to keep your pants on until you know the person well enough to know if there's enough compatibility to make it work long-term.  The Full Moon on the 23rd could throw some extra energy in this direction, so recognize it for what it is and don't put too much stock in it being more than it is without further evidence.

Right in the thick of the Christmas holidays, between December 22 - 27, you may find yourself in a tug-o-war with someone or something, possibly a person, circumstance, or event.  If you're sorely tempted to indulge in something that's a bit of a stretch financially, think about it long and hard before indulging.  The economy is somewhat less than stable these days, so don't make any assumptions that are overly optimistic, which Archers are very prone to do.  This applies to emotional investments as well as financial ones.  In other words, if that hot person you met is tempting you to spend a bit more than you should either way, err on the side of conservatism or you might regret it in spades come January.

Between Christmas and New Years there could be some serious career opportunities with Saturn in your 10th House of career trining the Sun.  This isn't usually the time for such things, but that's the way the planets are falling, so don't blow it off without giving it some serious thought.  Saturn went retrograde on the 19th, which is generally a time for considering and planning such things as opposed to direct action.  Thus, if there's anything going on that you could exploit in this area, give it some serious thought, as it looks like a very favorable time to advance your career in such a way that you'll benefit financially as well.  Even if you've taken some time off, be sure to pay attention to any ideas that surface as they're likely to be significant.  When we relax is often when we have the most inspiration, so don't blow it off if you're interested in getting ahead career-wise in 2008.  Also, along similar lines, don't get so caught up in the holidays that you forget to consider how you can afford the indulgences calling to you like sirens beckoning sailors to the ancient deep.  Ignoring your responsibilities or current obligations for the present (pun intended) will undoubtedly have a heavy price after the first of the year when the bills start rolling in. 

Wouldn't you know it, right around New Years and male-female thing is likely to be not quite harmonious, yet not at odds, either.  Rather, an adjustment of some sort is likely to be required to keep the peace, but this won't necessary be a bad thing.  Getting along with those in our world is all about learning to get along and not being so hard-over on our wants that we're willing to cut off our nose to spite our face.  If your immediate action is to refuse, take a timeout and give it some serious thought, then be willing to act like an adult and find a solution that works for both of you.

This will be a significant month for you, as December usually is.  There's a lot of action relationship and career-wise, so pay attention and don't take anything for granted or discount anything without due consideration.  Since you're starting a new cycle, be sure you do so in a sensible, deliberate way so that you don't miss anything that could ultimately put you exactly where you've wanted to be for a long time.
