The month begins with your
Sign Ruler,
Venus, in a nice
sextile to
Jupiter. With
Venus in your Natural 6th House
of work and Jupiter in your Natural 8th of other people's resources, it looks
like there could be a nice opportunity for a bonus or raise at work. This
will last until December 8, so make sure to be on good behavior during that
time. The Sun is
likewise in your 8th House, which could either mean you're eyeing someone else's
wallet or you're thinking about sex a lot or maybe that you're ready to make
some deep transformations regarding how you regard these things.
For the first three days of December the Sun will be squaring Saturn in your 5th, which could drive these thoughts toward your children, lovers, or perhaps some creative endeavor. This could translate into some deep considerations relative to your responsibilities to your children, or possibly the decision to start a family and all the pros and cons, particularly those things that you'll have to give up. It could also indicate a conflict over obligations in an intimate relationship, or perhaps direct your thoughts toward a life-changing decision relative to your need for creative self-expression. This is a relatively short-lived aspect, lasting from December 1 - 3, so this will probably throw some thoughts in the ring for you to toss around for later consideration, which will be when Saturn goes retrograde (RX) on December 19 and remains in that state for several months. This will stimulate subconscious considerations relative to that brain fart you had the first few days of the month in this area. When he comes out of retrograde in the first part of May, these ruminations will surface and you'll be prepared to take action. From December 4 - 10 you may encounter a disruption, surprise, or unexpected event that could have something to do with an organization you're associated with, your group of friends, or even any hopes and wishes you may be pursuing. During roughly that same timeframe, Mercury and Mars could be stirring up a few things that could bring thoughts to mind that remind you of all the suppressed anger you've been carrying around for quite a while now. You may have to defend yourself or justify your stand on the issue in some way, maybe even to yourself, which could be a prologue of things that need to be cleaned out, somewhat like a stopped up drain, which is something Pluto excels at doing. Along those lines, that Jupiter - Pluto conjunction is moving right along and will be in force through the middle of January. Pluto is a planet who digs up old dirt, then rubs our nose in it in some manner so that we make sure to learn the associated lesson and make some changes in how we do things. Since this pair is also in your 8th House of transformation, it looks like the Universe is really trying to drive you toward some major changes. Jupiter has a lot of influence on our belief system, so these two planets in a bear hug should cause some serious ruminations on what your core beliefs are, why, and whether they're still working for you, based on your experience. With the New Moon on the 9th in this same House, which happens to be Sagittarius, it's even more likely that something new is about to come about in this area. Then from December 19 - 29 the Sun will join Jupiter and Pluto, giving even further impetus to the process, particularly as it all applies to your personally. Midmonth, the Sun and Neptune could work together to give you a glimpse of something you'd really like to do careerwise. If you're already in your dream job, you may simply be inspired in some way regarding how to advance yourself. Keep your eyes open for any random thoughts or conversations that have a lot of appeal, then make it a point to follow-up on them. Venus will trine Mars around this same time, which could have some romantic ramifications as you give some thought to this area of your life. You may not be too inclined to action, but may find yourself getting along particularly well with the various people you interact with on a regular basis. If you've never actually sat down and thought about what you're really looking for in a partner, now would be a good time to do so. The Full Moon on December 23 may indicate the culmination of something you've been thinking about for a while now, perhaps the past six months or so. This may not be very obvious, but more than likely something you've been giving a lot of thought to will either be completed, overcome by events, or flat-out go away. Right around Christmas, the Sun and Mars, which is also retrograde, will be in opposition. This could bring some emphasis to that suppressed anger issue mentioned earlier. If there is anything you haven't dealt with properly, it's likely that something will stir things up enough for it to break the surface. Rather than stuff it in place again, solve it once and for all by dealing with it in a sensible and responsible manner. Immediate after that, the Sun will trine Saturn RX. At that point, the Sun will be in Capricorn, your Natural 9th House of higher education, legal matters, religious beliefs, and long distance travel. This could relate in some way to sending your kids to college, a custody battle, or even something as seemingly far from that as planning a trip of a lifetime abroad. The month concludes with Venus making yet another aspect to Mars. This could relate to some compromises relative to a male - female relationship, or possibly bring back that theme of career ambitions and making a few adjustments in where you want to go. This is a busy month with so many planets interacting in your 8th House of transformations and Venus doing a lot of visiting as well. With a new year just around the corner, these could work well to help you review where you are, how you got there, and whether you want to stay on the same path in the years to come. Change does not come easily or casually to you, but sometimes it's the only way to get on track, one small step at a time. |
