This is your month, Sagittarius, and for the most part
you're going to like it a lot more than November. For those of you born
the first few days of December, however, you may be faced with a decision of
some sort relative to your home environment right around your birthday.
Its effect may be more psychological than physical and you may hardly even
realize that it occurred until sometime later when you realize you've suddenly
acquired a slightly different attitude toward your homelife than you had before.
The month begins with three planets as well as the Sun in your Sign. Pluto has been there for sometime now and this has been quite a bane to Archers for quite a while. I wish I could tell you it was going away soon but it's not so I won't paint you some rosy, optimistic picture when what is there is done is charcoal. However, this month things will improve. Venus will be there until December 11, which usually has a very positive effect. You're likely to feel better about yourself than you have in quite a while and it's going to show. What I mean is that you'll actually look better than usual, which others will notice, and this coupled with the return of your natural sparkle is likely to bring you some very positive attention. Mars arrives in your midst on the 6th and this will bring you a nice influx of energy as well. If you have a significant other, your revitalized self-esteem may not exactly be appreciated as much as you'd like but if you make sure to direct some of that extra charm in that direction you can turn it around into a very positive month. Just remember if you want others to admire you and your superior intellect that you need to SHOW them, not TELL them. The really good news is that your ruling planet, Jupiter, has come for a visit for your birthday and he's going to be there for a long, long time, i.e., almost an entire year. If there's anything that can kick Pluto's sorry butt it's Jupiter, especially when he's in his home sign. This will really help you rediscover who and what you really are and assist tremendously as you revamp some of your values based on the experiences you've had the past year or so. You need to reflect on these in a serious way and recognize that while Pluto isn't the most pleasant visitor around he's all about opening old wounds so they can be cleaned out properly and subsequently heal. So for this next year or so while the two of them are there, be sure you don't lost track of all that hard-earned personal growth and go off on some inflated, Jovian ego-trip. Saturn goes retrograde in your Natural 9th House on the 20th, which may institute some delays over the next few months, particularly in matters that relate to higher education, legal issues or long journeys. As a Sagittarius you have a special affinity for these disciplines and these frustrations will undoubtedly try your patience. If you have something in work in one of these areas don't expect to make much progress. The lesson in retrograde planets, however, is to go back and reassess issues related to that particular planet's domain, in this case your reputation, community standing, relationship with authority figures and so forth. If you're in college you're likely to encounter at least one professor or administrator who's goal in life appears to be entirely to make you miserable. If you're a lawyer it will be a judge with the same goal. If you're trying to buy property, wade through legal tangles or plan a trip, you guessed it, things will progress at glacial speed. This is likely to continue clear until the first day of spring, so brace yourself for a long haul, but rest assured you'll be much wiser at the finish line which will serve you well in the future. The Full Moon on the 4th will be particularly significant (especially if that's your birthday) and it will undoubtedly sign, seal and deliver any changes in your attitude or outlook that were noted above. It will occur in your polar sign, Gemini, which should provide an influx of data or information of some sort that should prove very useful in making that change. The New Moon on the 20th will have a strong punch as well since it not only occurs in your sign but is being joined there by four planets. To put it another way, six of the ten heavenly bodies used for conventional astrology will now be in your sign and throwing their energy right at you. If the 20th happens to be your birthday then you can expect this energy to follow you for the next year and result in a lot of personal growth, progress and change. All in all this should be a memorable and important month for you so pay attention and enjoy the improvements coming your way. |
