Besides having the Sun in your Sign, Neptune and Mercury are also there.  Neptune has probably affected your view of the world somewhat, perhaps making you more idealistic or dreamy.  Those born between February 6 - 12 have probably noticed this the most.  Maybe the world and your life and general have seemed entirely unsatisfactory and much farther from the ideal than you'd prefer or, on the other hand, perhaps you've been doing a lot of daydreaming lately and thinking about what the possibilities are.  Neptune moves very slowly so this influence will be around for quite a while.

Mercury has been enhancing your communication skills, which are already strong, or perhaps has been delivering all sorts of information your way.  He'll leave your sign from February 2 - 26, but then come back until March 17 due to retrograde motion.  Everyone usually groans when Mercury goes retrograde since it tends to confound communications of all sorts, including conversations generally, telephones, computers, traffic signals and so forth.  It is definitely annoying, but fortunately only lasts for about three weeks.  Be warned, however, that this is coming, starting on February 14 (pretty crappy Valentine's Day present, actually), so any letters you need to write or other written communications, should be completed before then.  Whatever you do, don't buy a computer, TV, stereo or other electronic device, major appliance, or car during this period since it's highly probably that whatever it happens to be will never function they way it should.  This probably sounds rather ridiculous, but it's true and if I were you I'd pay attention.  Better safe than sorry.  Also, if you haven't mailed your tax return by Valentine's Day, you ought to hold off on that, too.  If there's one thing retrograde Mercury is good for it's revising, editing  an rewriting so it would be a good idea to go over the 1040 form and any schedules with a fine tooth comb and then mail it after March 8.

Venus is in Pisces, your Natural 2nd House, until February 21st.  You may be a bit lazy during this time and particularly enjoy indulging in good food and other pleasurable activities.  If you want to start a diet, wait until after the 21st, when it should be a little easier.  Your Ruling Planet, Uranus, is also in Pisces. This could precipitate some restlessness relative to your possessions or possibly a surprise or two, like something breaking down unexpectedly.  Or maybe you just really think now is a good time to get something new.  If so, pay attention to what I said about Mercury retrograde earlier and do any indulging either before the 14th or after March 8th.  If something breaks down during that time and it can't wait, you're stuck so just make sure that whatever it is has a good warranty since you'll probably need it.

Saturn is still retrograde in your 7th House of relationships.  We talked about this last month and nothing has changed other than it's position.  Those born February 9-13 will probably be feeling it this month.  In a nutshell, you're having a lot of subconscious activity in this area that will surface sometime near the end of April and be resolved by July.  It may not be earth shattering but it will make a difference in your life, perhaps by instilling more discipline or structure to how you relate to someone.

Most of the month Mars is in your 12th House, which rules your subconscious.  If there's any baggage you've been toting around that needs to be eliminated, now is a good time to tackle it since you'll have an extra infusion of energy in this area.  It is likely to also make you a bit restless and impatient, somewhat comparable to having sand in your shoe, which should help you identify whatever it is you need to address.

Aquarians usually have a lot of group interactions with their friends and associates, clubs, organizations, etc.  You have probably seen a few power plays and covert actions going on in that department for a long time now.  Pluto may have been demoted to a dwarf planet, but his influence wasn't.  Skunks are small, too, but can certainly make a big stink.  Keep your eyes open and don't be too trusting of anyone.  Jupiter is in that same general vicinity, i.e. your 11th House, and could be generating some expansion in this same area.  You may find that your activity or perhaps your influence has increased in some way since the holidays.  Maybe you've been elected to a position or increased your responsibilities.  If bylaws or charters need revision in one of the clubs or organizations you belong to, now is a good time to tackle it.  In fact, when Mercury is retrograde, redoing, replanning or rewriting usually go rather well, so there actually is something positive to be said about that time.

This month should bring some changes, probably in the relationship area or perhaps in your group activities.  There is a lot going on but it's likely to be somewhat subtle.  More than likely nothing terribly remarkable will occur, but by the time the month is over you'll look back and see that numerous changes occurred, almost without your noticing it at the time.  Pay particular attention around the New and Full Moon for hints regarding where these changes might be.
