Neptune is all about dreams and inspiration, though you need to keep an eye on him because he also tends to be too idealistic and can definitely obscure reality to the point of delusion.  He's been hanging out in Aquarius, your Natural 10th House of career and reputation since around 1998 and won't be leaving anytime soon.  These outer planets take a long time to transit each sign, and their influence is often so ongoing that it's not noticed after a while, though it's still there, kind of like when there's a lot of chlorine in the drinking water, but you get used to it after a while and don't notice it anymore.  Anyway, more than likely, you've had some thoughts regarding a career that satisfies you perhaps even to the point of feeding your soul.  Being an Earth Sign, and one who likes to have a nice chunk of change in the bank, however, you're probably very likely to leave it alone if it involves financial risk. 

I'm not saying that this aspect is going to change all that, but it could very well give you some additional thoughts in this area.  You can put up with a lot in the name of stability, but after a while your pleasure-loving nature will come through and start asking you a few hard questions.  You're not the kind of person who changes anything overnight, but given the right rationale and motivation, the wheels could start turning, and if there is one thing that everyone knows, that once a Bull starts moving in a certain direction, there ain't much that's gonna stop it.  Therefore, if you want to take advantage of this nice little zodiacal kiss, it would serve you well to give it some serious consideration, then take it from there.

If things at work have seems a bit stalled or upended lately, it's probably because Mercury has been retrograde (RX) in your Natural 6th House of work, health and pets.  The good news is that the little booger will right himself around the 3rd, which should improve things significantly. 

During the first week of November, i.e. until around the 8th, Mars will be trining the Sun in Scorpio.  Mars is currently in Cancer, your Natural 3rd house of your immediate neighborhood, short trips and mental activity.  Mars isn't particularly at home is this Water Sign, but he'll be throwing what energy he can in this general direction.  If there is anything you're trying to accomplish in this area, now is a good time to tackle it, particularly as it may relate to various relationships in your life.  In fact, while the Sun is transiting Scorpio until the 22nd, there is likely to be some emphasis on your interactions with others, anyway.  This includes all your one on one relationships, including your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, and so forth.  In a nutshell, if you have any ideas or projects you want to engage in with someone close to you, the first week of this month is the time to get to it.  The New Moon this month is on the 9th, also in Scorpio, and could very well herald a new beginning for you in the relationship area, also, which could very well relate to this same issue.

A word of caution, however, in that Mars will station to turn RX on the 15th, so if there's anything you need to get done, don't procrastinate.  Anything you haven't gotten started by then is probably going to go into the slow cooker until well after the holidays, the very end of January, to be exact.  This is good for thinking and planning, but not as much for doing, so bear that in mind.  Also, as the Sun transits your opposing Sign, Scorpio, bear in mind that this is your solar opposition period.  Be especially careful around your half-year birthday as we are often more prone to accidents and problems at that time than others. 

From November 5 - 8, however, your Sign Ruler, Venus, is going to be squaring Pluto.  Venus will be in Virgo, your Natural 5th House, which comprises your creativity, children, and love affairs.  She's no more comfortable in Virgo than Mars is in Cancer, but she'll be doing what she can to enhance these areas during her visit.  When she gets into it with Pluto, however, who's over there in your Natural 8th house of sex, regeneration, and shared resources, something may surface that is somewhat less than pleasant.  Pluto generally has the knack for unearthing old wounds or unsettled issues that have been buried with the hopes they would rot away and disappear.  Thus, if you have any old baggage lurking in your past that hasn't been resolved, there's a good chance that something will come along to remind you of it during this time and perhaps force resolution, once and for all.  Look upon it as taking your old junk to the Goodwill as opposed to leaving it in your closets or garage, and move on. 

Later in the month, from November 19 - 23, which happens to be Thanksgiving week, Mars RX will be squaring Venus.  Naturally, this doesn't bode particularly well for male-female relationships generally, but the good news is that Mars will be retrograde and thus not as confrontational as usual, and Venus will be in her home territory, fair, relationship-minded Libra, so any clashes are likely to be minor.  Another possible effect of this aspect, however, could be a real lack of motivation at work.  Your ambition is likely to be pretty nonexistent, both mentally and physically.  Just make sure you go through the motions enough not to get in trouble with your boss.  In other words, make sure he or she doesn't catch you playing computer games, hanging around the coffee pot all day, or whatever you happen to do when you don't feel like working.  Some changes are likely relative to your fellow workers or social circle, so just make sure that change isn't you getting a pink slip for sloughing your work.

The Full Moon on the 24th is in Gemini, your Natural 2nd House of possession, finances and pleasures.  If these sound like things that are near and dear to your heart, you're right, since Taurus is the sign that rules the Universal 2nd House.  Thus, look for the culmination or change of phase in something related to one of these areas.  The month ends on a positive note with Venus trining Neptune.  This should throw something positive toward your work and career houses, perhaps some inspiration or confirmation of something worth pursuing, such as a job or career change that will be more to your liking than what you're doing now. 

It looks like it's time generally to take a long, hard look at where you're heading with your life, career, and relationships and make sure they're going where you want.  Take advantage of this month's aspects to figure a few things out, then find the motivation you need to make the necessary changes.
