Jupiter is in your Natural 2nd House of possessions and could be egging you on to acquire bigger and better items than you actually need. You usually excel at looking at both sides of any argument, so be sure to do the math before you buy anything, especially before you go out on a limb and get a loan. On the positive side, you may also encounter an inheritance or other windfall, in which case enjoy it.

If your birthday falls between October 15th – 19th Pluto may be affecting your thoughts lately. If you’ve found yourself being unsatisfied with superficial answers, wanting to dig as required to find out what is really going on, or possibly find yourself scheming or plotting in a way that’s out of character for you, then that would be the influence of the God of the Underworld on your thought processes. You are also most likely looking upon the dark side of just about anything that requires thought. If you’ve actually considered how Darth Vader really had a lot of justification for his actions lately, then you are undoubtedly under the influence. Of Pluto, that is. It will go away, but not for a while, so simply turn on those Air Sign traits and gather data for later use.  The good news is that a power shift will occur when it comes out of Retrograde on the 5th.  The obsessive qualities will change slightly and you'll feel less frustration because you should start finding some of the elusive answers you've been seeking the past several months.

Your imagination has probably been in high gear the past few months, particularly for those born around October 8th – 12th. Neptune is in your Natural 5th House of creativity, children and love affairs, and imbuing your psyche with a fair amount of idealistic ideas and fantasies. Since he’s retrograde, there may be some delusions in there as well so don’t believe everything that comes to mind. Enjoy it for its entertainment value and if you’re into some kind of artsy career like many Libras are use it to your advantage to feed your creativity.

You may be experiencing numerous changes on the work scene. This will be especially strong for those born around October 3rd – 6th. You may be faced with a decision of some sort regarding your job or career or perhaps have one forced upon you. Think through all the options, their ramifications and most of all call upon your ruling planet, Venus, to help you decide what your heart really wants you to do.

There’s a cluster of planets in your Natural 12th House, Virgo, for much of the month including the Sun (‘til the 23rd), Mercury (‘til the 12th) and your Ruler, Venus (from the 6th – 30th). Mars will also be there from the beginning of the month until the 8th. The Full Moon on the 7th and New Moon on the 22nd will also be next door, implying an ending of one phase and the beginning of a new one. Your 12th House relates to your subconscious so expect a lot of retrospection, surfacing of new ideas or insights, and various other evidences of psychological action. Libras tend to keep their feelings under wraps because they’re always thinking of the other person so this is likely to be a bit uncomfortable. Don’t feel guilty or self-centered but use the knowledge that leaks out to better understand those around you. Sometimes you’re too anxious to pull out those figurative scales in your effort to be fair and cut yourself out. Use this experience to build you understanding as well as your self-esteem.

This month will see a lot of psychological and mental action. You may have trouble sleeping because your mind just won’t quiet down, even at bedtime. One thing about the planets, they do continue to move and cycle so anything you’re not comfortable with will move on in due time. Meanwhile learn everything you can from the experience.
