Lunations and Long-term Aspects The New Moon this month is in fellow Water Sign, Scorpio, your 9th House of higher learning, legal matters, foreign travel, other cultures, beliefs and expectations and relocation on November 5th. If your birthday is within a day or so of March 4th this will have a more noticeable impact, in what should be a favorable way. Venus has been retrograde in that neighborhood since last month, which may be stirring things up a bit. Venus retrograde brings out her darker side, but this is not necessarily a bad thing since it can force you to confront your shadow side or perhaps your beliefs and expectations about money and/or relationships. If you have any self-defeating behaviors you should be able to identify them when this transit is finished. Attaining some useful enlightenment or inspiration is also possible, but make sure you stay within the bounds of reality, which, of course, is a bit of a challenge for most Pisces since that is not your favorite place by a long shot. If your birthday is somewhere between March 13 - 19 you are especially likely to encounter some new insights or situations, also related to your 9th House as Jupiter and Uranus cruise along in reverse in your 1st House of personality. Surprises, disruptions, and increased understanding of yourself and your core beliefs are possible, though you can also expect some friction or annoyances as well. Moving forward with something that affects your career, reputation or status is favored this month with some long-term restructuring going on with your shared resources. Your involvement with others is emphasized for sometime to come so if you've been a bit reclusive it's time to get out and socialize. The Full Moon on November 21 is in Taurus, your 3rd House of thoughts, ideas, neighbors and siblings which will bring a culmination or shift in phase to something in that part of your life. By this time Venus is direct in the tail-end of your 8th House of transformations, sex, death, debt and shared resources which should bring something favorable you way in this part of your life, perhaps unexpectedly. Just make sure you keep at least one foot on solid ground so that you move forward in a sensible manner. A change of direction or adjustment that comes about rather suddenly as you see things differently than before is quite likely. Short-term Aspects November 1: Focus on your core beliefs and any situations that are a direct result of them. This is meant to be a month of personal growth and seeing things differently, so pay attention. Focus particularly on your beliefs and expectations with regard to your income and relationships. Examine your goals, friends, group associations and whether they're inline with what you really want. November 7: Venus backs into Libra, your 8th House of transformations, debt, and so forth. Consider anything in this part of your life that needs to change. November 8: Mercury enters Sagittarius, facilitating information and communications with regard to your career, reputation, and status.
