The Full Moon on November 10th is in your polar sign, Taurus, which is your 7th house of close relationships which include your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners and competitors.  If your birthday falls on this day it will be part of your solar return for the entire year and thus obviously have more far-reaching influence.  Jupiter is in Taurus as well and retrograde until Christmas.  Being retrograde internalizes his energy from his usual expansive and gregarious nature to one that is more contemplative and philosophical, particularly with regard to matters which have any sort of ethics spin which can certainly get interesting when it comes to relationships.  This is further strengthened by Jupiter's trine to your sign ruler, Pluto in Capricorn, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, neighbors, siblings and short journeys.  If you find yourself obsessing on the people in your life and whether or not you approve of their behavior or political ideologies this could certainly be the reason.  Jupiter is also moving into a trine with your ancient sign ruler, Mars, who's current in Leo but only a sneeze away from Virgo.  Fellow Fixed Sign Leo is you 10th house of career, status, reputation and public image.  This aspect points toward using someone you know well to better yourself professionally. 

Saturn is in Libra, your 12th house of Angels and Demons which includes dreams, spirituality, enlightenment, inspiration, institutions such as hospitals and prisons, confinement, seclusion, hidden enemies and self-undoing.  Saturn is exalted in Libra where his energy is typically expressed in a more positive manner than other signs where he's less compatible.  Saturn can be a bad boy malefic at times but he's also about structure, responsibility, meeting your obligations and reality.  His transits in this part of your chart can motivate you to spend a little more time and effort with regard to this part of your life.  Maybe you need a little alone time to meditate and get in contact with your higher self or exercise your inborn intuition to get in touch with the spiritual realm.  Saturn is all about balance and structure which would lend itself well to reworking your priorities with regard to this part of your life.  Saturn is trining Neptune in Aquarius, your 4th house of home environment, family, memories, cultural roots and endings.  These two planets are quite antithetical yet could work well together in these particular houses. 

Neptune dissipates boundaries and dissolves what he contacts.  He also can provide inspiration and insights though he can also make you rather lazy and introspective which is the opposite of Saturn's impetus.  In your 4th house he could be causing all sorts of interesting effects.  While he could be inspirational with regard to your home life he could also indicate deception within your home or, if in unfortunate aspects with your natal chart, even indicate a flood or water damage.  However, on the positive side he and Saturn can work together to help you achieve a more positive attitude and spirit within your home by providing you with some specific things you can do to achieve this, whether on the personal or family level.  For example, under this transit you may be inclined to start a yoga class, study inspirational subjects in a committed and methodical way, or even decorate your home in a way that invites more spirituality to your surroundings.  Another way these two could work harmoniously would be if you do genealogy or are researching your family history where Neptune can help lead you to the information you need while Saturn records it in tangible form.

Also worth noting is the particle (in the same degree) conjunction between Venus and Mercury in your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, values, needs and pleasures.  This combination could bring favorable news with regard to this part of your life or possibly some good ideas for such ventures.  Since Venus rules your 7th and 12th houses these pleasant thoughts will reflect in your relationships and spirituality as well.

The New Moon on November 25 is also a Solar Eclipse, giving it substantially more influence which can last for a year or more.  Eclipses tend to have the most influence in those areas which fall under their arc of visibility but this one will only be visible in southern New Zealand and parts of Antarctica and the ocean inbetween so that reduces its influence somewhat.  Eclipse guru, Bernadette Brady, states that this eclipse family can induce confusion with regard to personal relationships, affect your finances or health with a variety of other less than enchanting effects.  She suggests that making decisions during this time is not advised. 

As far as this specific eclipse is concerned, the implications seem a bit better, but bear the more ominous effects in mind if they apply.  Jupiter is highly aspected by the eclipse and several of the other planets as well.  At this time his trines with Mars and Pluto have developed into a Grand Earth Trine which imparts its energy into your relationships at all levels, whether it is neighbors and siblings, your significant other and close friends as well as more casual acquaintances right down to any groups or organizations you're affiliated with.  Taking a closer look at the houses these planets rule gives it more meaning for Scorpios given that Jupiter rules your 2nd house of income, finances and possessions, Pluto is your Sign Ruler and Mars your ancient Sign Ruler as well as the ruler of Aries, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets.  There are thus suggestions that networking with just about everyone you know could bring benefits your way of some kind or another.  There may be some cost to this, such as the need to reciprocate or taking time away from your family, but there is something going on with all this worth paying attention to.  A change of course with a close relationship is possible as well.

Uranus is in Aries, your 6th house of work and so forth, and the eclipse is trining him in such a way that you should watch for some surprises in that part of your life which may have long-term effects on your income.  There are implications for some conflict with regard to money.  For example, if you feel as if you're underpaid, you may be considering looking for another job and just leaving.  Finding a better one could be one way this aspect will play out but it could also mean that there is something going on which will benefit you where you are.  Mercury is retrograde from November 24 until December 14 which means a variety of things.  As far as your financial situation is concerned, it will provide you with some good energy to rethink your budget and how you handle your resources.  However, in your house of possessions it could also mean that you'll be facing some breakdowns and malfunctions.  It can also bring about delays.  If you initiate anything that involves communications at this time it is not likely to produce until at least after he resumes direction motion.  Unfortunately, this same energy also does not bode well for buying anything of an electronic or mechanical nature unless you enjoy dealing with something that doesn't operate correctly.  If something in these categories does tank you'd do well to do without buying another one until at least December 14 and better yet, the first of the new year when Mercury has fully exited from its retrograde shadow period and attained the degree at which he went retrograde.
