This month the Full Moon on November 10 occurs in your sign and will have the strongest influence on those of you born right around May 9.  Jupiter is also in your sign and opposing your natal Sun if your birthday is right around April 23.  He is still retrograde which internalizes his energy beyond the usual expansion and optimistic vibrations to a more introspective, pensive and philosophical direction.  His trine to Pluto in fellow Earth Sign, Capricorn, will add even more depth to these ponderings.  Capricorn is your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, religion, politics, other cultures and foreign travel.  This is where your philosophy of life resides which will be undergoing some deep consideration during this time while you sort through all you've learned and decide whether your current approach still fits you.  Jupiter is also being trined by Mars in fellow Fixed Sign, Leo, your 4th house of home environment, family, cultural roots, memories and endings.  Mars is only about a sneeze away from Virgo at this point but I'll get to that later.  Mars in your 4th house has probably brought a lot of activity your way at home.  It's possible that not all of this has been favorable and maybe you've even felt as if you were under attack at times.  These happenings will also be a major part of those ponderings.

Mars is opposing Neptune in Aquarius, another Fixed Sign, which represents your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status.  Neptune in this house can bring a lot of dreaminess, lack of motivation and confusion with regard to this part of your life.  Fortunately this will end in February when Neptune one again goes into Pisces, the sign he rules.  One way all of this could have worked together is that you're confused about your career or something else to do with your status and someone at home is giving you a bad time about that.  So the good news is that the fog in that area should lift in a few months after which you'll have a better sense of direction for that part of your life. 

Mars is also quincunx Uranus in nextdoor neighboring sign, Aries, which is your 12th house of enlightenment, dreams, inspiration, spirituality, seclusion, confinement, institutions, hidden enemies and self-undoing.  Uranus is a rather unstable influence, especially while retrograde, and can bring all sorts of disruptions, disturbances, surprises and rebellion, especially when he's in Aries.  Much of the crazy weather seen worldwide this year can be attributed to that placement.  Thus, the could be an unexpected attack from someone you thought was your friend or the sudden, unexplained need to break away from something in this part of your life, especially if you're feeling trapped.  A sudden change of direction is possible which may leave you with a figurative whiplash.  If your natal Mercury is in Taurus as opposed to Aries or Gemini you like to take your time making decisions so you can give them adequate thought but this could also be something which blindsides you and requires a quick decision.  Your best bet is to count on your gut to guide you since you've been pondering all sorts of things about your situation even if it was subconsciously which will help you decide what to do.

Your Sign Ruler, Venus, is in partile (same degree) conjunction with Mercury at this time in Sagittarius, 8th house of transformations, shared resources, debt, intimate relationships, death and rebirth and intense experiences.  These will also provide insights and information for you to draw from as well as heighten your understanding of what is going on around you.  This is a favorable aspect for communicating with your love partner or could also bring favorable news with regard to money.  Applying for a loan at this time should go reasonably well.

Saturn is in Libra, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets which has probably brought some hard work your way though you have probably been able to handle it well.  Saturn is in his exaltation in this sign which tends to favor his energy such that it is less harsh and burdensome.  Saturn is trining Neptune in your 10th and could mediate those dreamy, unmotivated feelings somewhat.  On the other hand, you may be delusional about your job, thinking hard work will lead to something like a promotion which it won't.  Unfortunately, some bosses are simply slave drivers and will forever hold that carrot in front of your nose like a harnessed donkey just to get you to work harder.  It's possible that hard work will also help you envision what you really want to do when you grow up. For example, if you're working far harder than you want to do for the rest of your life, this could be the inspiration you need to go back to school and opt for a more satisfying career.

The New Moon on November 25 is also a solar eclipse which increases its influence significantly.  This occurs in your 8th house of transformations, shared resources, debt, sex, death and rebirth and intense experiences which suggests you may be in for interesting times, even if only on the mental or emotional level.  This event occurs in Sagittarius with that sign's ruler, Jupiter, heavily involved with things.  Jupiter is still retrograde and now parked on your natal Sun if your birthday is right around April 22.  First of all, Jupiter is involved in a Grand Earth Trine with Mars and Pluto.  These two were already discussed above but now Mars has moved into Virgo, your 5th house of creativity, ego expression, romance, children, entertainment and speculation.  This brings a lot of favorable energy your way for rediscovering yourself.  This, of course, can be quite useful as far as making career decisions is concerned.  This could bring a transformational change of sufficient import that you change direction significantly and suddenly.  This could introduce some challenges, but nothing you can't handle.  For example, what you decide to pursue may require more money than you currently have but there are some positive indicators for obtaining the funds you need, so put your inborn perseverance to work.

Last but not least, please note that Mercury is retrograde for this eclipse which can institute some delays.  It's favorable, however, for ruminating on something, thus giving it due consideration.  Reworking, redesigning, editing, and redoing in general are favored with this energy.  Moving forward, however, may be impeded until after December 14 or better yet, the first part of the new year.  This implies research as well, which could very well be an important factor in any new direction you plan to take.  Mercury rules your 2nd house of finances and income so reworking your budget may be something to work on.  Mercury also rules Virgo, your 5th house of ego definition, creativity, children, romance and so forth, so reconsidering something in that part of your life may be apropos as well.  As always bear in mind that buying something mechanical or electronic while Mercury is retrograde typically doesn't end well.  Of course such items are prone to breakdown during that time but replacing them before Mercury is fully back on track is not a good idea.  This, of course, can institute some major inconveniences which you need to deal with the best you can.  If you absolutely can't do with out whatever it is, at least be sure to buy the extended warranty.  And if it happens to be a car, I really and truly recommend you rent one until after the first of the year.
