Lunations and Long-term Aspects The New Moon this month is on September 15 in Virgo, your 11th house of goals, groups, friends, and organizations so watch for something new to come your way in this part of your life. Mercury is in there as well in the sign of his dignity and exaltation which provides the best possible mental energy. If your birthday is right around November 16 watch for a new opportunity in this area to come your way. Mars, your ancient sign ruler, is in your sign where he operates well and with Scorpio passion making it a favorable time to take action on a new endeavor, even more so if your birthday is November 8th. Mars is quincunx Jupiter in Gemini, your 8th house of transformation, shared resources, debt, sex, death and rebirth. Jupiter is debilitated in this sign and may tend to over-inflate anything going on in this part of your life on which you will need to make some adjustments or course changes. Don't forget to factor in that ongoing Uranus - Pluto square described last month. Pluto in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel is excellent for research, resolving old issues with siblings or neighbors but not so good for local travel since road construction fits with Pluto's archetype. Uranus in Aries, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets, continues to bring surprises and disruptions your way as well which will tie in with Pluto's work. If your birthday is in the very end of October this is more likely to show up for you. The Full Moon on September 29 is in Aries, your 6th house as noted above. Remember that a Full Moon usually brings an ending, culmination, or shift to a new phase. The Moon is conjunct Uranus so some surprise elements are likely. Uncovering a new mess at work that you have to deal with or perhaps a health issue are possible. The Sun is in Libra, your 12th house of inspiration, enlightenment, confinement, seclusion, hidden enemies and self-undoing which will make it even more likely that something comes to light in a sudden or unexpected manner that you are forced to deal with immediately, like it or not. Venus and Mars are squared off so tension with members of the opposite sex is possible. Venus is in your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status so this could mean tension with women in this part of your life. You may want to move forward with something but you encounter resistance. If you have a female boss, you can just about bet on it. However, with Mars in dignity in your sign, you have a bit of an advantage but use it with care. Mercury and Saturn are also in your 12th house so inspiration is enhanced as well as finding appropriate solutions. Speaking of inspiration, there are two other aspects that support that energy. Saturn is trining Neptune in fellow Water Sign, Pisces, your 5th house of ego definition, children, romance, entertainment, creativity and speculation which is good for manifesting your dreams given that Saturn provides structure and discipline while Neptune provides vision. Sometimes Neptune can be delusional or unrealistic but Saturn is going to make sure that reality rules. Both planets are very strong and able to function at their best with Neptune in the sign it rules and Saturn in the sign of its exaltation, so if you have a dream or vision you want to bring to fruition this could be the cosmic boost you need to make it happen. Also worth noting, Pluto, your modern sign ruler, stations direct on September 18, a few days after the New Moon. If your birthday is right around October 30 this stationing energy is even more likely to bring a significant opportunity your way in the form on an idea, discovering something previously hidden or perhaps through a sibling or neighbor. Pluto has been in that position for a long time, given how slowly he moves, so he's been grinding away in sextile to your natal Sun for quite a while, yielding a cumulative effect.
