This month the New Moon on April 10 is in Aries, your 11th house of groups, organizations, networking, goals, hopes and wishes, making it an excellent time to begin a new endeavor. Geminis excel at multiplexing and get bored easily so this is likely to be a time when the proverbial "spring fever" sets in and lures you in a new direction. If your birthday is right around June 11 it's likely that a new opportunity will come your way around this time. Both Mars and Venus are conjunct the Sun and Moon, lending some more energy to the lunation. Mars rules Aries and is in the sign of his rulership so he is raring to go. Venus, ruler of your 12th house as well as your 5th may have a slightly less favorable influence. Your 12th includes inspiration, enlightenment, dreams, visions, institutions, the subconscious, seclusion, confinement, hidden enemies and self-undoing which can swing either way. Hopefully you can incorporate the inspirational side but if you have any self-defeating behaviors they could conceivably be holding you back. Your 5th house includes your ego definition, creativity, children, romance, entertainment and speculation so these, also, could work for or against you. If you want to go after something but lack the confidence needed this could help you overcome it. Venus is the natural ruler of needs, love and money and in Aries she should be fairly inclined to go for it but if you're hesitant take a look at your 12th in particular and see if you can figure out why.

You sign ruler, Mercury, is still lingering in Pisces, sign of his debility and fall where his logic is usually largely lost in a fog. The good news is that inspiration can come more readily as the logic element is suspended. This can further assist with drawing some inspiration and fortunately in a few days when he goes into Aries you should be able to see the way more clearly. Mercury and Venus are semisextile, suggesting a brewing opportunity which will take some effort on your part to pursue. Mercury is in Pisces, your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status so some degree of confusion in that part of your life has probably prevailed for the last month or so, especially while he was doing the backstroke last month. Thank heavens he's now direct which should clear things up substantially. Mercury retrograde in that house may have brought some things to your attention which needed to be redone or reconsidered but new ground should lie ahead.

Uranus in your house of goals and such can be stirring things up to a hectic pace but this is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes that is what is required to get your attention and since you abhor boredom this will all but guarantee that won't happen. Rather you're likely to have too many things going at once, which is pretty typical for Gemini. If your birthday is right around May 31 an unexpected opportunity may come your way which is going to require a change of direction. That change will probably take a while, however, with Saturn retrograde in your 6th house of work, service, health and pets. Restructuring is what Saturn RX is all about so pursuing a new goal is going to require some groundwork. Personal transformation is probably one of the requirements and is likely to present a challenge. Somehow you need to change your sights and perhaps deepen your commitment before you can achieve what's required to reach those new heights. Jupiter can help with any needed adjustments, particularly while he's in your sign. He's on your natal Sun if you were born right around June 4th. He may be generating more ideas than you can process but if you utilize the energy properly he can also help you get out of the details and see the big picture.

The Full Moon on April 25 is also a Lunar Eclipse which increases its power and duration substantially. This occurs in Scorpio, your 6th house of work and will further stimulate whatever Saturn is up to with regard to restructuring. Lunar eclipses typically operate on the emotional level so this could help get your heart into it, whatever "it" happens to be. The Sun is in Taurus, your 12th house defined above which can help highlight subconscious issues or other matters related to that venue. Mars is conjunct the Sun infusing him with additional energy but Mars is moving a bit slower in Taurus. This calls for balance between progress and patience. Venus is also in Taurus, sign of her rulership where she can do a good job looking after your needs and hidden desires. Her trine to Pluto can especially help flush out hidden issues and dispose of old baggage which may be just the thing you need.

Neptune sat the New Moon out but is very active for the eclipse which can provide inspiration and insights which are also useful for finding your way. This is the energy you need to mitigate the opposition and decide how to keep everything in balance as you pursue new goals and activities and set out in new directions.
