Take note that Mercury and Saturn go retrograde this month, on the 23rd and 18th respectively.  Mercury will spend the entire time in fellow Water sign, Pisces, where he is debilitated and in fall, exacerbating things even more.  While it's possible this could result in some retrospective inspiration it could also bring a lot of confusion.  The usual admonition stands to avoid buying anything electronic or mechanical at this time.  Pisces is your 9th house of higher learning, other cultures, legal matters, long-distance travel, beliefs, expectations, religion, politics and philosophy of life making it a favorable time to rethink matters in that part of your life and review them for continued relevance.  Saturn is also in a Water sign, i.e. Scorpio, your 5th house of romance, ego definition, creativity, children, speculation and entertainment.  Saturn retrograde tends to work at the subconscious level with regard to something that needs to be restructured.  If your birthday is around July 3rd this effect may be more pronounced as the station degree will trine your natal Sun.  Making progress is likely to be an exercise in futility but when all is said and done the results should be positive.  Saturn is often a damper, however, on the house he's in so you may find this part of your life somewhat less than enchanting and more simple hard work at this time.  He's going to be there for a while, until approximately September 2015, so if that sums it up for you, this is likely a good part of the reason.

The New Moon on February 10 is in Aquarius, your 8th house of transformation, intense experiences, debt, shared resources, sex, death and regeneration (both figurative and literal).  Look for something new in this part of your life that could necessitate a change of direction or adjustment, particularly if your birthday is right around July 14.  With Venus in that sign as well she could bring some luck your way, especially due to her favorable link to Jupiter.  This could even be something like a stroke of inspiration that has a profound effect.  A significant life change is possible and could reflect in your 5th house of romance and so forth defined above. 

There is a lot of energy in Pisces, your 9th house as also defined above, and that will increase even more by the end of the month.  Mercury retrograde is a time to rethink and reconsider so use that energy to ponder that part of your life.  Mercury retrograde is often not a favorable time for travel, anyway, and this will be even more applicable to long-distance travel at this time since it's part of the 9th house.  Allow plenty of time and expect delays.  A lot is going to be happening at the subconscious level so you may feel restless or uncomfortable without knowing why.  You may encounter information that simply doesn't set right with you but putting your finger on it is impossible.  Inaccurate information is one possibility or simply not understanding what's going on is another.  If you happen to be in school this could be a very inspirational time on the one hand or very confusing on the other.   Nonetheless, this energy will have some measure of familiarity coming from a fellow Water sign and could actually mitigate any discomfort at the subconscious level.

The Full Moon on February 25 is in Virgo, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel.  Watch for a culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life, which ties in nicely with what's going on generally.  By now there are five planets in Pisces and Venus is but a sneeze away.  Thus, half of the planets recognized by astrologers who use the modern planets will be in one sign.  If nothing else take note of how all that energy feels for a reference point and what part of your life it seems to affect the most.  Logical thought is mostly overruled at that time but inspiration and insights could be on steroids.  You probably rely on your gut feeling more than logic anyway, but this could be so off the wall in some respects that you tend to doubt it.  You may be in for surprises there, one way or another, when you check it out.  Breaking away from the past is favored and if your birthday is right around July 3 note that Pluto is currently opposing your natal Sun.  This could have a transformational effect on you and your relationships.  This transit lasts for a few years and is not always easy, depending on who or what you may be clinging to that really ought to go.

Pluto and Saturn are in mutual reception (the sign the other rules) and a partile (same degree) sextile, but with Saturn retrograde this will have a slightly different effect.  Saturn retrograde brings delays, defines boundaries and generally works at restructuring some part of your life, in this case your 5th of creativity, kids, romance and such.  Pluto in your 7th brings control of some description to a relationship, either your or someone else's.  Leveraging the situation through a different approach is suggested.  Saturn also relates to responsibility, obligations and authority figures in general, so factor that in as well.  One very simple way of seeing this is constructing a new plan for disciplining the kids or restructuring their environment with some resistance from your significant other.  This is best dealt with by showing the benefits for all concerned.
