Two planets go retrograde this month, Mercury and Saturn.  Mercury is your sign ruler so you are likely to feel those annoying times each year when he does the backstroke, honking up communications in general, computers, electronic devices, traffic and all sorts of things.  For this stint which begins February 23 he is in your polar sign, Pisces, the entire time, which is the sign of his debility and fall, meaning he doesn't function there very well in the first place given that Piscean energy is about as antithetical to yours as it can get.  As if that isn't bad enough, Pisces is virtually loaded with planets for the coming month, implying there will be a lot of relationship issues coming your way as well.  Bear in mind that when Mercury is retrograde it's a favorable time to rethink, redo, reconsider, repair, re-examine, rewrite and so forth.  In other words, bringing something already in existence closer to perfection as opposed to something new.  With Mercury's logic somewhat out for the count and Neptune in his home sign, inspiration can flow freely.  Delusions can, also, however, so a sanity check is required for anything too far off the wall. 

Saturn goes retrograde February 18 in Scorpio, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings and neighbors.  Saturn RX operates primarily at the subconscious level and moves you toward something that needs to be restructured in some way.  By the time he stations direct in July you should have a good idea what that happens to be and probably have it in place by the time the shadow period ends.  Things do tend to slow down during this time so expect delays and limitations.  However, this can be the very thing needed to provide that sanity check on Mercury's antics. 

The New Moon on February 10th is in Aquarius, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets which could bring something new to this part of your life.   You are most likely to experience a change of direction if your birthday is right around September 14.  All those Pisces planets, three of them plus the asteroid, Chiron, are in place for the New Moon.  Jupiter has recently gone direct in your 10th house of career, status, reputation and public image which can be a very nice placement for expansion and luck in that part of your life.  Being appreciated and looked upon favorably at work is likely at this time but that could cause a few issues with relationships for some reason or another, so it could be a mixed blessing.  Make sure that any compliments are sincere and don't take them too much to heart.  You do a good job and you know it and probably aren't the type to brag much, anyway, so this isn't the time to start.  An unexpected flash of brilliance could come your way and have a positive effect on your career so take note of anything that happens that fits that description.  It may be a little difficult to accept in some way or be quite contrary to how you usually do things, but pay attention nonetheless.  Both Mercury and Saturn are still direct so there is some time to get things off the ground before they grind to a screeching halt, perhaps driving you back to the drawing board.  Short-term endeavors can probably be finished in time for that to not be a problem.

The Full Moon on February 25 is in your sign and right on your natal Sun if your birthday is right around August 31.  A Full Moon usually brings the culmination, ending or shift to a new phase, so watch for that to occur regarding something that affects you personally.  If something is going on at work or with some other aspect of your status it could show up there.  And unexpected course change is possible, perhaps if you did have that brilliant flash earlier in the month.  How you see or express yourself via your ego is under construction these days as Pluto transits your 5th house which also includes creativity, romance, entertainment and speculation.  Saturn is RX by this time and in a partile sextile with Pluto plus in mutual reception, which means each is in the sign the other rules, giving them a lot of cooperative power between them.  Rebuilding your thought process is one possibility which will obviously flow into your ego and creativity. 

At this time there are four planets in Pisces with Venus but a sneeze away.  With Pisces your polar sign and house of close relationships this is bound to show up somewhere as it's a fairly high probability that one or more of them will oppose your natal Sun sooner or later, except for Neptune who moves very slowly.  If your birthday is right around August 27 he is opposing yours currently and will be there for a while.  One thing to watch for is deception on the part of people close to you but another manifestation can be inspiration, both of which belong to Neptune's domain.  You may also find that you are mostly surrounded by people whom you think aren't wrapped too tight, even more so than usual.  If this is the case, this will be why.  There are various forces at work which will have a transformational effect on you over time.  Don't be afraid to try or think differently than you have in the past.  As a Mutable Sign you can be flexible, even if at times you may tend to be opinionated.  As someone who is probably inclined to pursue perfection, look at new ideas and unexpected changes as assistance as opposed to a deterrent in achieving that end.
