The New Moon on June 8 is in Gemini, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets. If your birthday is right around January 9 the lunation is quincunx your natal Sun, suggesting a change of direction or adjustment related to this part of your life. Mars and Jupiter are also in Gemini, lending motivation and optimism to pursue a different course. There are two major aspect patterns accompanying this lunation including a Grand Water Trine and a double T-square as well as all aspects tying together one way or another which means there will be energy bouncing all over the place. The Grand Water Trine comprises Venus in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. Cancer is your 7th house of close relationships so Venus in that locale bodes nicely for that part of your life, especially if your birthday is around December 28.

Your sign ruler, Saturn, is retrograde in Scorpio, your 11th house of friends, groups, networking and goals and Neptune goes retrograde the day before the New Moon in his home sign, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings and neighbors. Saturn retrograde typically indicates that something is in the process of being restructured at the subconscious level which in this case will involve your 11th house of friends, goals and so forth. Neptune in your 3rd is great for inspiration and enlightenment, which may come through friends or groups or simply relate to new goals you are busy defining. One way this could manifest, especially for those of you with a birthday right around December 27, is that an important relationship could have a significant impact on reworking your goals, perhaps by providing inspiration or conversely it could be the shift in your goals and dreams that brings someone new into your life or perhaps enhances an existing relationship. All of these members of the Grand Trine, however, are being aspected by other planets as well so this is not likely to be as simple as you may think or hope.

Venus is semisextile Mars and opposite Pluto, bringing in some energy from two planets that can be malefic, but not necessarily. Nonetheless, you should bear that in mind. Mars is slightly upstream from the lunation in your 6th house of work which should help provide positive energy for your pursuits, whatever they may be, but that semisextile with Venus suggests there is some effort involved. Perhaps that new relationship is on the professional level and the work represents a fairly heavy load. This is typically not a problem for Cappies, however. The opposition with Pluto, continuing his trek through your sign, suggests letting go of something or perhaps your past may be in a tug-o-war with that new relationship. Saturn is quincunx Mars, an aspect that suggests a change of direction. Thus, whatever you're pursuing that relates to your work will relate to your goals, which as you recall are being reworked, so this suggests perhaps laying the foundation for those changes.

Mars is also squaring Neptune, so you can see he's involved with the entire Grand Trine in someway or another, providing energy which may not all be in your favor. Since Neptune in your 3rd may influence your thoughts and ideas to be unrealistic, be aware of this and don't be too impulsive to follow an idea that could be a delusion. Cappies are usually pretty practical and grounded in reality so this may not be as much of a risk for you as others. In fact, perhaps the problem will be that you are being TOO practical and not following an idea that is truly inspired! So which ever way you feel inclined, make sure you look at both sides because the one you're resisting could just be the way you're supposed to go.

The T-square includes Pluto, Uranus and Venus as well as Mercury. Uranus and Pluto are in a dos-à-dos square that will be ongoing for the next few years. Pluto is in your 1st house and if your birthday is right around January 1 you have him sitting you your natal Sun which I probably don't need to tell you. This is an exceptionally transformational transit that is not always easy. Uranus is transiting your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, new beginnings and endings where a variety of disruptions, surprises and unexpected events can be expected. Tie this together with Pluto via a stressful aspect like a square and you have all sorts of craziness going on at home that transforms you in some way. Pluto is about cleansing, letting go, resolving old issues, healing, assuming power and control and so forth. One worst-case example of this aspect, which I only mention as an EXAMPLE and NOT a prognostication is that which has been experienced by those unfortunate people who were recently victimized by that horrific tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.

Needless to say in most cases it won't be that dramatic and could simply nudge you to "git 'r' dun" and clean your garage, attic or basement. On the other hand with nasty aspects like that out there you don't want to take any unnecessary chances, either. Such extreme events are likely to continue on and off for at least another two years. Venus and Mercury, final parties to the T-square may keep you from doing that clean-up job in some way, literally or figuratively telling you that you'll surely miss it if you if you give that lava lamp to the thrift shop or surely you can't get rid of anything that belonged to grandma. Perhaps all the goal and work energy means you're going to have to move so taking care of that dejunking is essential. I can't possibly cover every possible way this could play out but hopefully you get the idea.

The Full Moon on June 23 is in your sign, Cappy, and on your natal Sun if your birthday is right around December 24. The Grand Trine is still there except Venus has been replaced by the Sun which is obviously opposing the Moon. This burst of sol-lunar energy is therefore distributed into the Grand Trine in what could be an important way given that the Sun rules your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and regeneration, debt, shared resources and things you suppress. Reworking your goals with the assistance of some inspiration is thus still favored but may be facilitated by someone close to you. Saturn as you recall is in your 11th house which is not only the house of goals but also networking so this connection with the 7th house could imply that someone close to you refers you to either a specific person or group or perhaps vice versa, a friend connects you with someone who will become quite significant. This is a time to follow your instincts and make sure to find time to tune into your intuition for clues.

In addition, Venus and Mercury are conjunct in your 7th house of relationships which will further assist with communications and being perceived in a favorable way. Mercury rules your 6th house of work and service as well as your 9th of beliefs and expectations which will most likely be much of what you'll be discussing. Venus, besides being the natural ruler of love and money, rules your 5th house of ego definition, creativity, self-expression, children, romance, speculation and entertainment and your 10th of career, reputation, status and public image. This bodes exceptionally well for promoting yourself or one of your ideas of a creative nature and being well-received. Mars is unaspected in your 6th house of work which looks like a lot of activity, possibly too much, given that Jupiter is still there, but not for long. Jupiter enters Cancer on June 27 which will have an excellent impact on your relationships. Remember "relationships" with regard to the 7th house include not only your significant other but close friends and relatives, business partners, business professionals and competitors. Cancer is the sign of Jupiter's exaltation which will make his energy even stronger and fortuitous.
