This month the New Moon on June 8 is in Gemini, your 11th house of groups, friends, networking, goals, hopes and wishes, so watch for something new to develop in this part of your life. It is also an excellent time to formulate and get started on a new goal. If your birthday is right around August 11 watch for an opportunity worth investigating. This lunation comes with numerous aspect patterns which are tied together primarily through Mars, planet of action, drive and motivation. First of all, there's a T-square that comprises the ongoing square between Uranus and Pluto plus a square from Mercury to Uranus. Mercury moves fairly fast so his influence won't last for long but is in effect for the New Moon which gives it a bit more staying power. Mercury is in Cancer, your 12th house of inspiration, spirituality, enlightenment, subconscious, confinement, seclusion, institutions, hidden enemies and self-undoing, or what I often refer to as the angels and demons house. With Mercury the natural ruler of communications, it implies news, information or insights related to this part of your life. Mercury rules your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs and pleasures, making them relevant, and also rules your 11th house of goals, bringing in that theme again. Mercury is opposing Pluto in Capricorn, your 6th house of work, health service and pets.

Pluto's long-term transit through that venue is likely to bring about a variety of transformational events in this part of your life. Pluto is about power, control, corruption, cleansing and healing. His energy is intense and thus likely to provide that type of environment related to your work. It could also serve to expose any lingering or hidden health problems so pay attention to how you feel and seek appropriate medical help as required. Depending on your situation, it could mean you encounter various power-hungry individuals at work or perhaps assume power and control of your own. If you happen to be in a line of work that strives to uncover secrets through medical diagnoses, forensics, research, or audits it will be extremely helpful. This is a time to pay attention to your intuition.

Uranus is at the apex of the T-square where he's squared off with both Pluto and Mercury. Uranus is in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, long-distance travel, relocation, religion, politics, other cultures and legal matters where he is likely to be stirring up a variety of surprises, disruptions or perhaps the desire to break away from something in that part of your life. Whatever is being uncovered at work may challenge your current belief system, for example, or your formal training. If you have a job that requires travel, you may find yourself having to travel a lot, usually on short notice, which may disrupt, challenge or relate to Pluto. If you are unhappy in your current job this is likely to motivate you to find something else, even if it requires going back to school or a major move to do so. Mercury in the mix can bring information from your subconscious or inspiration but whatever is going on here will be a challenge and require some effort to pursue.

That's the bad news. The good news is a very nice Grand Water Trine that is going to last most of the month, even though at least one of the players will change. This harmonious aspect pattern comprises Venus in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. Cancer, as noted earlier, is your 12th house of angels and demons. Venus rules your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel as well as 10th hour of career, reputation, public image and status. Meditating on these parts of your life has a better than average change of producing inspiration at this time. Saturn is in your 4th house of home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings where he has been retrograde since February but will go direct next month. Saturn RX is all about restructuring and you may or may not be aware of what this might be but it will relate to this part of your life. Of course as the house of endings and beginnings that really opens up the field of possibilities but it is likely to affect your homelife one way or the other. The trine from Venus to Saturn is going to facilitate inspiration toward building this new foundation. Neptune is in the sign of his dignity and will be there for a long time. Pisces, which he rules, is your 8th house of transformations, sex, debt, shared resources, death and regeneration as well as intense experiences. Neptune is inspirational, illusive, dreamy and often unrealistic. Neptune's trine to Venus will particularly facilitate inspiration and insights, accessing your subconscious and perhaps setting you on a new path that has a pervasive effect on your life.

Mars in Gemini is in the same degree of his respective sign as the planets in the Grand Trine so he is aspecting all of them. He is in your 11th house of goals, hopes, wishes and networking where he will provide you with plenty of motivation to pursue those dreams coming to the surface. They will take effort but the opportunity is there. Maintaining the balance between optimism and reality may be difficult at times. The restructuring in progress is going to require a change of direction or adjustment of some sort which his energy can help you pursue. As a Fixed Sign you may not like change and it may be difficult for you to break away from established patterns and conventions but this new start is going to require some new directions but the good news is that Mars can help. He rules your 9th house, represented by fellow Fire Sign Aries, where your beliefs and expectations reside as well as various other things as defined earlier. This is where much of your attitude toward life resides as well so adjustments there can work wonders toward your new direction. Mars is also the traditional ruler of Scorpio, your 4th house where this new beginning is developing, so he can jump-start that as well. All told, there's a lot going on and it won't all be easy but there are numerous opportunities out there to pursue, some of which may represent your fondest dreams so put that cosmic energy to work.

The Full Moon on June 23 is in Capricorn, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets. A Full Moon often indicates a culmination, ending or shift to a new phase. The Sun is now in Cancer, your 12th house of subconscious where he will bring his life-giving energy to illuminate issues and inspiration. The square between Uranus and Pluto is still there and will be for a while. The Grand Trine is still in effect but Venus has moved on and has been replaced by the Sun. The Sun is your sign ruler which can help further personalize that energy and help you internalize it along with the transformational changes it implies. This is also good for overcoming any Fixed Sign resistance to where life is heading. Mars is unaspected in your house of goals which may send you off in any direction. It may be difficult to determine where to start, what to do first, or focus your energy. This could be because there is too much information to process so take your time sorting through the facts. Jupiter enters Cancer on June 27 which should help you focus on your goals better. He will then bring his luck and benefic energy to your 12th house where his optimism can further enhance your dreams. Jupiter rules your 5th house of ego definition, self-expression, children, romance, creativity, entertainment and speculation so you can see how tying that part of your life to your subconscious can be a good thing for fully understanding who and what you are, recognizing your inherent potential and promoting authenticity in how you see and express yourself. Life may be intense right now but trust that the Universe is directing you in new satisfying directions.
