Anywhere else you're out of luck as far as seeing it is concerned but are still likely to see its affects, particularly if your birthday is right around July 12.

Since the Moon is your sign ruler you are probably affected by her phases more than others and an eclipse increases that power even more. One reason for this is that the aspect referred to in astrology as the conjunction only means that the two celestial bodies are at the same degree of celestial longitude. In other words, one could be several degrees above or below the other, so they're not really conjunct in the sense most think of it. The distance above or below the celestial equator, which is simply the Earth's equator extended into space, is referred to as declination and also has meaning in astrology though it is not used as often. Thus, if two celestial bodies are the same distance above the equator they are considered parallel by declination or if they're on opposite sides but the same degree distance from the equator they are anti-parallel. So, when there's an eclipse what you have is the Sun and Moon not only at the same longitude but the same declination as well which greatly increases their power.

The eclipse is semisextile Jupiter in Gemini, your 12th house of inspiration, spirituality, enlightenment, seclusion, confinement, institutions, hidden enemies and self-undoing. As ruler of you 6th house of work as well as ancient ruler of your 9th of beliefs and expectations, this suggests the eclipse will bring new understanding at possibly the subconscious level with regard to your work and what you expect from it. Jupiter is lucky and expansive so this revelation could help you see more clearly what you need to do to advance yourself, which could include higher education given that the 9th includes that as well along with legal matters, religion, politics, other cultures, long-distance travel and relocation a.k.a. moving, usually far away. Uranus is making his way through fellow cardinal sign, Aries, your 10th house of career, public image, reputation and status (yes, like in Facebook). This is likely to bring some disruptions or perhaps provide the energy you need to break away from your current career path or situation, whatever it may be. The square to Pluto in your 7th house of close relationships suggests that there may be some housecleaning to be done with regard to the people in your life. The 7th includes not only your significant other but close friends and relatives, business partners and business professionals and Pluto in this venue will typically mean bidding adieu to some of them though that square to Uranus suggests some resistance on the part of you or the other party. Be aware of that influence and handle it accordingly.

The Full Moon on May 24 is another lunar eclipse, this time visible in the USA while the one in April was not. This one occurs in Sagittarius, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets. The Sun is in Gemini, your 12th of enlightenment but the Sun and Moon are forming a T-square with Neptune, which suggests the possibility of confusion, delusion or deception, not seeing things clearly and so forth. The trine from Saturn to Neptune is still there as described for the solar eclipse but the Sun is also tied in now, indicating the need for a change of course, perhaps as the result of those insights gained earlier in the month. At this time the Sun, Venus, Mercury and Jupiter are all in Gemini, providing a lot of energy that can be utilized for inspiration or enlightenment. This may be a good time to take a break, get away from your hectic life and ponder those things that are trying to make their way to your conscious mind.

The square form Uranus to Pluto is partile, or in the same degree, and thus very strong so a clash or crisis related to the status of one or more relationships is likely, especially if your birthday is right around July 3. As a deeply emotional person such situations are usually rather uncomfortable to say the least but bear in mind that the heavens are trying to tell you something here and ignoring it won't make it go away.
