Lunations and Long-term Aspects The New Moon/Solar Eclipse on June 1st is in fellow Air Sign, Gemini, your 9th house of higher learning, legal matters, other cultures, beliefs and expectations, religion, politics, travel to faraway places and relocating to a new place. Typically an eclipse has more punch than the usual lunation and can often have long-reaching implications. Those of you with birthdays within a day or so of October 5th are likely to see these effects in a more dramatic manner than those born at other times of the month. Those of you born at that time have also been having a Saturn transit to your natal Sun which is about to shift gears and considering the fact the eclipse trines Saturn, these effects will blend in one way or another. In other words, whatever is going on in your 9th house is going to relate to the personal restructuring effected by Saturn. While retrograde Saturn ruminates on something related to the house he's in, which is revealed when he goes direct. Then, over the ensuring months, you can work at restructuring whatever it happens to be. Thus, if you've felt a bit restless, fearful or uncomfortable but didn't know why, chances are it was Saturn at work and you'll soon have an idea what it was all about. Saturn is also "linked in" with Pluto and Uranus to form a T-square which typically brings conflict of some kind or another. Pluto is in your 4th house which comprises your home environment past and present, memories, cultural roots, and endings. Pluto is the zodiacal bulldozer which unearths anything that has been buried and unresolved, which will relate to what Saturn has been up to in some way. Uranus in Aries, your polar sign and 7th house of relationships, implies that something unexpected with regard to someone close to you is going to set things off. This has the potential to be a difficult time and is likely to last for a while before it's resolved. Libras don't like confrontations or contention, but rest assured that ignoring any home or relationship issues that are unresolved won't make them go away. Rather they will fester such that they're more likely to get worse. So, as they say, choose your poison, now or later, because sometime soon you're likely to have your nose buried in it, like it or not. Mercury, Mars and your sign ruler, Venus, are in Taurus, your 8th house of transformations, intense experiences, sex, death, shared resources and debt. Mercury will facilitate understanding of anything that occurs in this part of your life, Venus has the potential for bringing some money your way and Mars you need to watch. Mars in the 8th can predispose you to accidents or other problems, so don't take any unnecessary chances. Fortunately, Mars doesn't function too effectively in Taurus, but be careful nonetheless. Jupiter is in your polar sign, Aries, just a sneeze away from going into Taurus. Aries is your 7th house of relationships where he's been expanding that part of your life. Libras thrive on relationships so this has probably been a pleasant and interesting time for you. When he moves into Taurus he will bring that expansive, philosophical effect he has to your house of transformations, helping you to learn and grow from any happenings in that area. Neptune has recently moved into Pisces, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets. This is the sign he rules so he operates very effectively there. He's going to be there a good long time, for several years, in fact, other than a brief return to Aquarius during retrograde motion. Nonetheless, expect a variety of effects from this in this part of your life. On the material level, this could bring involvement on the job with things which are ruled by Neptune, whether they're related to water, oil, ships, or even hospitals or prisons. On the mental or spiritual level Neptune can inspire and enlighten or conversely, confuse and deceive. Of course all these effects are possible at one time or another during the length of time the transit is in effect. Watch for these elements and you're sure to find them. The Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse on June 15 is in Sagittarius, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings and neighbors. Since lunar eclipses typically have the most effect on your thoughts and emotions as opposed to precipitating external events, this should be quite effective for stimulating your mental plane. Jupiter has moved into Taurus, bringing his philosophical energy to your 8th house of intense experiences and is also trining Pluto, further facilitating various transformations, especially as they relate to your home and background. Expect some course changes as a result of your feelings as well as adjustments to your beliefs and expectations as well. This should be an active, interesting and possibly even intense period after which you are going to see life a bit differently than you did before.
