The Full Moon on November 10 occurs in fellow Earth Sign, Taurus, your 5th house of ego definition, children, romance, entertainment and speculation.  Watch for a culmination, ending or shift to a new phase with regard to something in this part of your life.  Jupiter is retrograde in Taurus which promotes deep contemplation with regard to your expectations in this area whether these relate to yourself and your self-confidence, relationship with your children or romantic partners.  If you're a typical Cappy workaholic it may also nudge you to consider enjoying yourself more or pursuing some interest for pure enjoyment's sake.

Jupiter retrograde is influencing other areas as well.  He is trining Pluto who is strolling along in your sign and currently sitting on your Natal Sun if your birthday is right around December 28.  This can be a very helpful and fruitful combination for reinventing yourself and redefining your beliefs and expectations for not only yourself but your children and romantic interests.  Jupiter is also being trined by Mars in Leo, your 8th house of transformations, intimate relationships, death and regeneration, intense experiences, debt, and shared resources.  He is only a sneeze away from entering Virgo so this is a rather fleeting influence which may give you the final boost toward a significant transformation which reverberates through you like a sonic boom.  This is an excellent time to confront any of your self-defeating behaviors, some of which you may not even be aware of.  Venus and Mercury conjunct in your 12th house will assist you with that as well as provide insights of a spiritual or inspirational nature.

Uranus is retrograde in Aries and squaring your natal Sun if your birthday is right around December 24.  This can be rather annoying as this Christmas baby has discovered the past few months.  It seems as if a day doesn't go by which doesn't bring some disruption or upset, sometimes a plethora of them.  Aries is your 4th house of home environment, family, memories, cultural roots and endings so these disturbances are likely to center around that part of your life.  For those of us who have just barely gotten through a Pluto transit this is far from amusing and may leave you wondering WTF? while shaking your fist at the heavens.  Certainly the planets have not been particularly kind lately but things could be worse.  And rest assured that this, too, shall pass.  Uranus and Mars are in cahoots as well which could bring about a sudden change of direction.

Your sign ruler, Saturn is still in Libra, sign of its exaltation where he functions in a more positive manner and can exhibit all of his more favorable influences.  This is your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status, which also means that for Cappies he is accidentally dignified in this position.  If your birthday is right around January 14 he is squaring your Natal Sun which may not be overly pleasant yet it should ultimately have a positive outcome.  This placement should be very favorable for this part of your life, making it an excellent time to vie for a promotion or pursue some activity which will enhance you status or reputation.  Saturn is trining Neptune in nextdoor neighboring sign, Aquarius, your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs and pleasures.  These two planets are quite antithetical which can have an interesting outcome to say the least. 

While Saturn is all about structure and manifesting things in reality, Neptune is all about your imagination and inspiration.  Neptune can also dissolve things so in your house of income this may not be a good thing.  If you've experienced some losses in this area or had to go into debt just to survive, this may be your culprit considering his aspect to Mars in the house of debt.  But I digress.  The trine with Saturn may be very favorable for coming up with a new money making idea and then going public with it, thus bringing your dreams into reality.  This is also a good energy combination to get you to relax and unwind a little, not worry so much about material things and allow your sign ruler to do some of the work promoting your cause. 

The New Moon on November 25 is also a Solar Eclipse which increases its influence substantially such that it may last a year or more as opposed to the often fleeting influence of more typical lunations.  This occurs in Sagittarius, your 12th house of dreams, spirituality, inspiration, enlightenment, transcendence, the collective consciousness, institutions, seclusion, confinement, hidden enemies and self-undoing or what I typically nickname the Angels and Demons house.  This is an excellent time for meditation and pondering this part of your life and drawing upon that energy for new direction in your life.  Nonetheless, what comes out of it could be confusing.  According to Bernadette Brady in her book "Predictive Astrology" the character of this eclipse family is to present confusion with regard to personal relationships, possible unexpected events with your finances or even illness.  It is not a particularly happy-sounding eclipse.

Jupiter is highly involved in this eclipse and has become part of a Grand Earth Trine which will be quite influential for those of you with birthdays between December 24 - 29.  For starters he rules Sagittarius, your 12th house, further boosting the power of the eclipse but also has the potential to mitigate some of those unhappy vibes.  Jupiter is still retrograde in your 5th house of ego definition and so forth as defined earlier which points toward a significant revelation related to your understanding of who and what you are.  If you've been having some sort of identity crisis lately, this could help settle a few things once and for all with a major flash of inspiration and insight.  In other words, if you've been in a bit of a fog, this could be the Sun finally breaking through to guide you where you want to go.  Pluto and Mars are the other members of this Grand Trine which will definitely assist in this effort.  Pluto is all about ridding yourself of old baggage and Mars, who has now moved into Virgo, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, other cultures, foreign travel, legal matters, religion and politics may give you a boost toward pursuing something new in this area as a result. 

This all points toward some significant changes in how you see yourself and then project yourself into the world.  It suggests some new directions and perceptions of yourself which you will harness and put into action.  There will definitely be a few challenges associated with all this but the end results should be well worth the effort to get there.

Last but not least, remember that Mercury goes retrograde toward the end of the month.  This is helpful for rethinking and reconsidering those things deep in your psyche as well as your relationship with the cosmos.  However, it's not the time to buy anything mechanical or electronic such as, heaven forbid, a new car.  Of course this is a time when such devices are most likely to break down as well, but if possible avoid replacing it until after Mercury goes direct on December 14 and preferably after the first of the year.  I had my refrigerator go out during a Mercury RX period and I did my best to live out of an ice chest until he went direct.  Waiting through that shadow period until he caught back up with the zodiacal degree where he went retrograde simply wasn't something I could deal with.  So, bottom line, the new fridge runs okay but sounds as if its haunted and the freezer handle has a tendency to fall off.  Just saying.
