Just a reminder again on Saturn transiting your sign for those of you who are currently being affected.  I said this last month so you're not imagining things if this sounds familiar, but it bears repeating because different people are being affected.  This month those born October 9 - 13 are the ones involved with the early dates gradually escaping the energy while the later dates are just starting to feel it.  Actually, that's not quite correct since Saturn has been that way before then went retrograde and retraced his steps.  Thus, this is the third and final pass for you which will ultimately reveal the purpose or lesson you were supposed to learn and then move on.  Saturn is exalted in Libra which is good news; a planet is less malevolent in the sign of its exaltation which is definitely a good thing since Saturn is not always friendly.  Saturn rules your 4th house of home environment which also includes your cultural roots, memories and endings.  Thus, even though he was working on you personally it most likely related to your home life or something related to it in some way.  Saturn is about structure, responsibility, meeting your obligations, hard work and ambition.  During the earlier parts of this transit you may have felt as if you were spinning your wheels in the mud and getting nowhere, with delays typical of Saturn retrograde.  Now, however, progress can be made, including with this horoscope and this month's lunations.

The Full Moon on October 11 features Saturn conjunct the Sun, bringing even more emphasis to Saturn's mission, whatever it happens to be.  Remember that a Full Moon typically brings an ending, culmination, or shift to a new phase for something related to the house in which it falls which for you is Aries, your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships.  This really seems to point toward relationship responsibilities in some way which can be favorable or not depending on your circumstances.  Mercury is in Libra as well and right on your natal Sun if your birthday is right around or on October 21.  This will enhance your thinking and communication skills which certainly can be useful whatever your circumstances happen to be.

Venus is in nextdoor neighboring sign, Scorpio, your 2nd house of finances, income, possessions, needs and pleasures.  Venus, your Sign Ruler, is accidentally dignified in the 2nd house since she also rules Taurus, the zodiacal 2nd house, so is the natural ruler of both material comforts and relationships.  However, she is also in debility in Scorpio where can tend to be obsessive and controlling.  This is not always a bad thing but bears watching, especially considering that she is sextile Pluto who invented obsession.  Pluto is chugging along in your 4th house of home environment, endings, memories and cultural roots.  The obvious implications of this aspect are that it's an excellent time to completely disembowel your family budget.  Especially if you're having trouble making ends meet which is pretty common these days this is a very helpful energy combination to really dig in and see what the problem is.  The motivation to do so may come from an unexpected event or situation which involves a close relationship and creates a bit of a crisis.  This can be the trigger but the end result should be favorable, or can be if you are willing to consider all angles and change accordingly. 

As an Air Sign Libras excel at gathering information in an objective way and then weighing it carefully to obtain the results.  Jupiter retrograde in Taurus will be useful for this.  Jupiter is typically a benefic planet who expands what he touches but this energy is internalized when retrograde and tends to turn to more philosophical ponderings which often but not always involve ethics.  He is in your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and rebirth, debt, shared resources and intense experiences.  This, of course, fits in beautifully if the family budget is an issue because he will really help you assess your debt situation including how and why you got there and what you need to do to mitigate any problems.  Mars in Leo, your 11th house of groups, friends, goals, hopes and wishes can be very useful as well at this time as a motivator.  This is especially true for those of you born right around October 6.

The New Moon on October 26 occurs in Scorpio, which reinforces much of what Venus during the Full Moon may have kicked off with regard to your finances.  A New Moon is a wonderful time to initiate a new endeavor of any sort.  Venus and Mercury are conjunct, a nice combination which will facilitate positive thoughts and ideas in the financial or income area.  Don't forget that this house also includes your needs and pleasures so if you have been neglecting this part of your life give it plenty of consideration as well.  Libras thrive on harmony and beauty and if your life has been too chaotic lately clearly you could probably use a break.  You think of others before yourself as a rule, also, but as noble as that can be it doesn't always work in your favor.  Your happiness is as important as anyone else's, within reason, of course, but self-neglect usually backfires at some point and can splatter in unpleasant ways.

Mars is sextile Saturn which will kick-start any new personal goals in a very convenient manner.  However, Mars is also squaring Mercury and Venus, suggesting a conflict with those financial goals.  This certainly implies that your situation is far from simple.  The New Moon is sextile Pluto, further encouraging that forensic work with regard to home, family, memories, or whatever related to the 4th house.  The trine with Jupiter in the 8th of transformations and debt continues, even stronger than with the Full Moon because now both planets are in the same degree.  The New Moon is tied in with Pluto, providing an opportunity for transformations, and trining Neptune in fellow Air Sign, Aquarius, your 5th house of ego definition, children, romance, speculations, entertainment and creativity.  Neptune can bring great insights and inspiration which can be very useful if you're dealing with a difficult situation because often the solution is quite different than what you'd expect.  Neptune is the natural ruler of fantasies, movies, and dreams which can be very useful in your house of creativity and also suggests these could be excellent ways to relax if you're under stress.  Water is also obviously a Neptune domain so maybe a day trip to a favorite lake, river or the ocean is in order.

The New Moon is quincunx Uranus which indicates a change of direction with a relationship.  If someone close to you has been influencing your income or finances this implies a shift.  Jupiter is opposing the New Moon, indicating there is much to be considered but providing the energy you need to do just that.
