The New Moon this month on December 2 is in nextdoor neighboring sign, Sagittarius, your 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts and pleasures, which also includes your body as your most fundamental and important "possession."  This could be important because the lunation trine Uranus in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, your 6th house of work, health, service, daily activities and pets.  Uranus represents surprises, unexpected events, breakthroughs, innovation, rebellion, anything unconventional, freedom and even explosions.  A trine implies that whatever he brings could be quite positive but not necessarily so since all a trine really means is an easy flow of energy.   Thus, if you're dealing with any health issues, you may want to monitor them carefully, seek appropriate medical assistance and take care of yourself.  Best case this could bring a surprise at work which results in an additional or new source of income but Pluto is tied in there, too, so I'm a bit cautious and want to point out all the possibilities. 

Pluto is in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel and he's semisextile the lunation and squaring Uranus.  A semisextile typically indicates an irritation, annoyance or friction which will relate to your 3rd house in some way.  This aspect can also indicate an opportunity that will take a substantial amount of energy to achieve, but that does imply it can be a good thing with enough effort.  The square between Pluto and Uranus has been ongoing most the year and definitely has a bearing on what has been happening at the personal and mundane level.  Pluto relates to such things as power, control, eliminating corruption, and transformations.  As you're undoubtedly aware, he is your modern sign ruler so this is an energy that you understand and can manage better than most.  You already have x-ray vision and a sense of discernment that serves you well and Pluto in this house will strengthen it even more.  Thus, this semisextile implies you may discern something that causes friction or it may involve a sibling or neighbor.  Local travel may be a bit of a problem as well.  Meanwhile, that ongoing square between Uranus and Pluto could mean various power struggles and surprises at work or perhaps related to your health.

Your traditional sign ruler, Mars, who also rules Aries, your 6th house of work and health, is in Virgo and being trined by Venus in Capricorn just downstream from Pluto.  Venus rules your 12th house which includes your subconscious mind and also your 7th of relationships.  Translating that into less astrologese, you can probably trust thoughts to come into your conscious mind from your subconscious that relate to your goals as well as friends and networking in some manner.  With Jupiter in your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, philosophy of life, religion, politics, higher learning, other cultures, long-distance travel and relocation you can expect some expansion in this area as well as introspection while he's retrograde which may result in some interesting insights as well.  There's a strong correspondence between your conscious and subconscious mind at this time which can be extremely useful given you subconscious is your best source of accurate information.  You may find you're reinventing yourself to some degree as all of these energies come together.

The Full Moon on December 17 is in Gemini, your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and rebirth, intense experiences, debt, shared resources and things you suppress implying an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  This lunation is not as friendly as the last one and indicates various changes of direction as new information surfaces.  Your beliefs and expectations relative to your income may undergo a change as you comprehend a few things at a different level which in turn could inspire or perhaps necessitate more self-discipline.  If your birthday is right around November 11 Saturn is parked on your natal Sun and is even more likely to be nudging you in that direction.  Saturn on your natal Sun can be like carrying around the proverbial wet blanket and be quite depressing and heavy.  The involvement of Saturn with Jupiter can definitely facilitate understanding and assist with any needed adjustments.  Mars has moved into your 12th house which among other things may be a call to watch your back.  This is the house of enlightenment and spirituality but also includes hidden enemies and self-undoing.  Don't over-estimate your ability or fall prey to delusion because it's likely to bite you if you do.  This could be a time of intense personal change and understanding.

About eight hours after the Full Moon Uranus stations direction in Aries which could bring an interesting event at work or perhaps one involving your health.  Discovering something that's been hidden or buried is possibly the cause.  Guard and control your reaction to make sure you don't inadvertently get yourself in trouble due to your response.  This is particularly likely because you may not be seeing things clearly or have all the facts so your initial impression may not be based on facts.  Again call on your superior intuition for guidance along with deep breathing or any other stress relief techniques that are appropriate and legal to deal with it until all the truth comes out.

December 21 bring two important astrological events the first being the Capricorn ingress which marks the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and summer solstice in the Southern.  Besides defining the seasons, Cardinal Sign ingresses also tend to define the general climate of the coming three months from the weather to mundane events.  That self-discipline issue is still active with help from keeping a philosophical outlook but anything going on with any degree of intensity is not likely to go away.  Also on this day slightly after the ingress Venus stations retrograde which changes her character from the goddess of love to the goddess of war where she will go after what she wants with a vengeance rather than try to attract it through charm.  This occurs in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel so this energy is going to apply to this part of your life.  This can be favorable for going after something you want but could also involve those other categories as well.  If your birthday is right around November 21 the station will sextile your natal Sun and possibly bring an opportunity your way to pursue what you want. 

The last time Venus was retrograde in Capricorn was the December 2005/January 2006 timeframe.  Think back to what was going on in your life at that time and you may find a clue regarding what to expect this time.  If anything back then was never resolved you will probably get another chance to do so.  More information on Venus retrograde can be found here.  The same advice applies as far as controlling your public reaction to anything that takes you by surprise at work.  As much as you want to control what is going on around you the likelihood is not good for doing so with your best recourse to maintain as much neutrality and emotional aplomb as possible while to count slowly to ten or whatever number required to keep your cool, remembering that whatever doesn't kill you outright only makes you stronger.
