No one can fix you but
yourself. The question is HOW? While assistance is available in a variety of ways including counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists and so forth most people with the usual garden-variety issues turn to self-help. While there's plenty of excellent information and numerous outstanding authors out there, did you know that astrology can be a tremendous help in zeroing in on what's bothering you? Yes, even that old baggage lurking in your subconscious. For that very reason more and more counselors are studying and using astrology. While it's a bit of a secret, Carl Jung was fascinated by astrology and used it himself.... If you think astrology is limited to daily horoscopes most of which bear little resemblance to your life then I have a wonderful surprise for you. While such forecasts are fun to read, don't think for a moment that they're the only thing astrology has to offer. You're probably familiar with your Sun Sign and perhaps even the basic personality traits associated with it that you may or may not have, much less agree with. Not only your Sun Sign but the placement of the Moon and even the distant stars all have an influence. In other words as a unique human being your cosmic signature was defined the moment you were born when the Universe left its imprint through the zodiacal location of the Sun, Moon, planets, asteroids, fixed stars and various other astrological entities. Everything comprises energy, including your thoughts, and the ones that stick around become beliefs. The position of the Sun, Moon, planets and asteroids are constantly changing but it makes sense that the moment something comes into existence that it will reflect the prevailing energy of that moment. At this point we don't know exactly how that occurs, but the more science learns about the mysteries of the cosmos the more it becomes apparent that such energies exist and are truly weirder than anyone imagined, at least prior to Einstein. Probably your best bet is starting with a natal chart reading. It will provide insights into how you were programmed by the cosmos at birth and help you understand many of your personal traits For example, do you ever wonder why you're so emotional? Get hurt so easily? Why you have a temper? Why you're shy or outgoing? Have a problem with authority figures? Like to talk? What about money and how you manage it? Whether or not such behaviors are a problem it's interesting to discover their roots. If you've persistently tried to overcome a self-defeating behavior it often helps to understand its origin.
