The New Moon on November 3 is also an annular solar eclipse which will be visible in a band across the Atlantic ocean which extends across the middle of Africa.  The Moon is far enough away from the Earth at that time that it's not big enough to entirely block out the Sun and therefore a ring around the edge will remain.  This eclipse is a member of the 16 North family of the Saros Series which has an inspirational flavor to it which could come in handy with it occurring in your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel.  This house comprises Scorpio, which is also occupied by Saturn, the Lunar North Node and your sign ruler, Mercury, who is retrograde at that time.  This retrograde period will thus tend to affect matters in that part of your life and may drive you to rethink or reconsider a few things and possibly honk up your local travel as well as communications with siblings or neighbors.  I can just about hear your groans now but in reality things aren't really that bad. 

Mercury may be retrograde but he's working with Pluto in fellow Earth Sign, Capricorn, which constitutes your 5th house of creativity, children, romance, entertainment, ego definition and speculation.  Pluto is transformational by nature and could assist you with taking control of something in a creative way.  Pluto is also about eliminating things you no longer need which could relate to how you see yourself and dispensing with any ego issues such as false pride.  Mercury is trining Neptune in Pisces which can draw some inspiration his way, probably through someone close to you.  This connection is further emphasized by the fact these two planets station within a few days of each other later in the month and in the same degree of their respective signs.  If your birthday is right around August 26 this influence will be the strongest.  Mercury is conjunct the lunar North Node which hints at something new coming into your life as a result of reconsidering or redoing something.  Saturn will assist with the discipline and planning needed to bring it to fruition.  Saturn rules your 5th house of creativity which will help as well.

If your birthday is right around September 3 your natal Sun is in a degree that will receive considerable influence from this eclipse.  Furthermore, Mars is conjunct you Sun at this time which can provide a huge boost of self-directed energy.  In addition Mars is in a sextile with the Sun and Moon, harnessing the energy of the eclipse to go after something you want.  And it gets even better since this sextile forms the base of a yod, a.k.a. "finger of God," which has a fated flavor to it, and has Uranus at the eye.  Uranus is in your 8th house of transformations, sex, death and regeneration, debt, shared resources, things you suppress and intense experiences.  This has the potential to be rather disruptive generally during the time that he's in Aries.  The implications of the yod are for taking action on an idea that results in an important change. 

Jupiter stations retrograde on November 7 and is sextile your Sun if your birthday is right around September 13.  Jupiter is in your 11th house of friends, goals, hopes, wishes, organizations, groups and networking.  When Jupiter is retrograde he sometimes focuses on ethics issues or simply taking a philosophical look at that part of your life.  With so much mental energy in this eclipse Jupiter can throw another dimension in there for consideration.  Mercury stations direct on November 10 in partile trine with Neptune, making this a favorable time to do some brainstorming with someone close to you.  Remember to take a philosophical view but action and discipline are favored as well. 

The Full Moon on November 17 is in Taurus, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, philosophy of life, religion, politics, higher learning, other cultures, long-distance travel, legal matters and relocation.  This suggests an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  Your natal Sun forms an aspect pattern known as a triangle of potential with this lunation if your birthday is right around September 18.  This provides you with the leverage you need to use this energy to advantage.  Bear in mind that the houses involved are those that include your thoughts as well as beliefs.  Beliefs are thoughts that stuck and became part of your view of life.  This may be the time to take a close look at your expectations or belief system to see if new information coming in changes anything you've taken for granted previously.  Taking action on your goals is implied, perhaps through an influx of inspiration.  If there's anything that hasn't been working to your satisfaction in your life this is an excellent month to take a close look at things and make any needed adjustment.  Your attitude is the major driver behind your life so if things aren't going the way you'd like them go then it indicates changes are in order.  According to the Law of Attraction, you will draw people and situations to yourself that possess similar energy to what you're putting out.  If things aren't going the way you're like them to then it's time to make some changes.

Note also that Venus is in Capricorn, your 5th house of children, romance, creativity, ego definition, speculation and entertainment.  Those of you born right around September 4th will benefit the most from this placement which can also relate to your financial situation or your belief system since she rules those parts of your life.  She tends to bring luck and good fortune, so put that energy to work around this time to gain the most benefit.
