This is your month, Aries, as the Sun parades through your Sign and brings the spotlight to your corner of the world. The planets have been moving in a bit of a cluster for a few months with their most recent itinerary taking them through Pisces, your Natural 12th House of spirituality, dreams, and inspiration. This month they'll be starting to separate, however, so this concentrated energy will dissipate. Nonetheless, the first few days of the month you're likely to continue to feel drawn to any issues or considerations relevant to that part of your life.

The first few days of April an annoyance of some sort may turn your thoughts to your dreams and how they may not be going in the direction you'd prefer. Obligations and responsibilities at work will be vying for your attention around that same time, though you're likely to gain some important insights that will help you set some new goals that may be better for you in the long-run. Pluto goes retrograde on April 2 in your Natural 10th House of career and reputation, which is going to last for several months. For this month the effects will be largely felt in the career area. More than likely all those other ruminations on your dreams and life's direction are going to be the preamble for some deep introspections. It could also bring to light something in your career that has been hidden from view and could actually be very helpful regarding any research or planning you may need to do as you're likely to see things on a deeper, more comprehensive level than usual. If anyone comes to you for your thoughts on something, you'll probably surprise yourself as much as them with the depth of understanding and insights in your response.

Worth mentioning in this context is the fact that influences in effect for the entire month will include a trine between retrograde Saturn and Pluto and a sextile between Jupiter and Uranus. These will also undoubtedly be felt in your job and career. Bear in mind that these are not the same. Your job (6th House) is how you make your living, but your career (10th House) is the field where you'll make or break your reputation and community standing. Sometimes these are the same; sometimes they're not. The Saturn-Pluto aspect will probably bring any disparities between the two to your attention in no uncertain terms. With both planets retrograde, their energy will be turned inward and you may not even be consciously aware of the processes they're stirring up. Saturn is all about responsibilities and more than likely they've been quite heavy on the job lately. Pluto is about power and transformation, so there's a good chance with a harmonious trine that these two will work together in a positive way for you. The last few days of the month Venus moves into position between Pluto and Saturn to create a Grand Trine, which is even more likely to bring something good your way, either as positive recognition or other benefits, possibly green stuff, a.k.a. monetary. That aspect between Jupiter and Uranus is also likely to manifest itself in the career area. Jupiter is about expansion and Uranus is about change so there's a good chance that whatever these two stir up will be beneficial as well, particular with a sextile which usually brings an opportunity.

Not to repeat myself, but it's very likely that a personal benefit of some sort will come your way through all this, perhaps because you make a commitment to make a few changes that will take you in the direction you really want to go. There is likely to be a conflict or crisis of some sort that precipitates the decision, because it might not be an easy one, but your thoughts and commitment on the matter are likely to go beyond where they have before and when all is said and done you may well be on a different path than you were at the beginning of the month. Of course your natural, Aries charm will be a player, though you may have to make an adjustment or two along the way.

If this is indeed about your job, you may encounter some flack from your coworkers in one form or another, perhaps even in the way of deceptive or inaccurate information. If you're getting more than your share of attention you can bet that those around you who think they're of equal stature (though you know they're not) will be jealous as hell and give you all sorts of crap. Best to take anything they tell you with a grain of salt unless you have concrete evidence to go along with it. They may try to sabotage your progress in some way, or at least give you as much grief as they can. Your best bet is to tune them out and not let them get to you. Hard for a Ram, to be sure, but if you react it could cause a negative effect of some sort that could conceivably block whatever good the Universe is trying to put together in your behalf. Think of them as buzzing mosquitoes or some other annoyance that's not worthy of your energy or attention. Whatever you do, don't let their paltry whining or attempts to annoy you distract you from anticipating the good that is coming your way. Whatever is happening, expect that boundaries are likely to change as well, which could imply a promotion. If this is the case, that might, of necessity, dissolve some old associations. Your best bet is to keep moving and don't look back.

The New Moon on the 5th will be in your sign, and if your birthday is on or immediately around April 6, this will be a strong indicator for some major changes of a personal nature, not only this month but for the entire year as this is likely to also affect your solar return.

For the first half of the month, Mars, your Sign Ruler, will be squaring the Sun. With Mars in your Natural 4th House of home environment, this implies a conflict or crisis of some sort at home that you'll have to deal with. This could be people, things, or both, anything that has to do with home. Mercury will be squaring Mars as well between April 8 - 13, implying that communications are likely to be argumentative. There may also be surprising news of some sort during about this same timeframe that could cause an annoyance or nuisance of some description. Nonetheless, the second half of the month, you're likely to get any changes in your sights and have a clear picture of where you want to go with them. These ambitions should ultimately put things at home in order and help you move forward toward your dreams, though you're likely to encounter some opposition from your career situation during about this same time, possibly your coworkers acting up as noted above. Now is when you really need to turn on that Aries charm to the max, which is likely to help you work things out on the job to your satisfaction. Again, expect some personal transformations to take place that will help you know yourself better among other things.

The Full Moon on the 20th will be in Scorpio, your 8th House of transformations, which gives all this even more punch. Expect some conflict at home around this same time as well until the end of the month as others in your household or family may not be as happy about your goals as you are and may try to get you to go in a different direction. Just be sure that any adjustments you feel you need to make don't take you away from where you know you need to go. Figuring out any financial considerations should be completed by the end of the month.

This month looks like a very important one as far as the job/career/family situation goes. You should get a stronger grip on where you want to go than you've had until now and understand a little more about yourself and your needs. While you shouldn't walk over the top of anyone in your way, you should keep your target in sight and think long and hard regarding any deviations from your chosen path and whether they serve your long-term interests or not. Look out for those that may want to keep you from moving forward, particularly if they have selfish reasons motivating them, either at work or at home. This is your month when you start a new cycle and there's plenty out there this month to light your path. Everything will not be a bed of roses, but if there's anything that Aries does well it's confront conflict, so take the opposition in stride without losing sight or appreciation for all the good things going on around you.
