The long-term trend toward significant changes in your home environment and a serious review of anything in your past that needs rectification continues and will for months and even years to come as the outer planets chug along in their own time. These will probably be slow and subtle to some degree, but if you place milestone markers along the way you'll be able to see various events and circumstances that push you in that direction in a more dramatic way than others. This applies to those of you with either your Sun or Ascendant in Libra. As a logical Air Sign, you undoubtedly want to know why. The planets to either blame or thank, as the case may be, are Pluto, Jupiter and Saturn. Pluto recently entered Capricorn, your Natural 4th House of home environment, and is there for the long-haul. Real long, like we're talking March 2023, so when I say long I'm not just whistling Dixie. While Pluto was in Sagittarius, he was transiting my Natal 4th House, so I can give you a few ideas on what you might expect to see. Any family issues that involve sweeping things under the rug will surface in one way or another. If you don't do so in a proactive manner, Pluto may pick up that rug and shake it right in your face, leaving you covered with all sorts of dust and debris. You can take it from there.

Same thing for any little (or big) secrets; expect to see them on CNN. The good news is that this ultimately results in the ability to heal from whatever it is that's been festering, so this is not all a bad thing, though it can be rather uncomfortable at the time, kind of like having a boil lanced. Note that "secrets" comprises anything hidden. In your home environment this can be such things as your plumbing, wiring, foundation, house structure and so forth. Lovely little things such as burst pipes, termites, cockroaches, electrical problems and the like are also very common. And I could show you the bills from plumbers and electricians to prove it. These kind of things tend to be triggered by aspects from the inner planets, especially Mars and Uranus. If you want to be proactive here, it's a good idea to do regular maintenance on your home and possibly purchase a home warranty if you don't already have one. I was sure sorry I didn't have one when I wrote out that check to the plumber at 2:30 a.m. for $467.82 after he'd fixed a ruptured water line. The good news was at least it did so outside so I didn't have a flood to deal with as well. Thank heavens for small favors.

Jupiter is in Capricorn already, and this gas giant tends to inflate and expand whatever he touches. He'll only be there until January 2009, so unless you have some strong Virgo in your chart, that's probably long enough for you to grasp for now. He's slowly moving away from Pluto and not currently in aspect with him, so the effects may or may not be related to Pluto's activities. In other words, Pluto could easily be working on things in the background while what you see from Jupiter could be entirely different. This Big Boy is known as being quite fortuitous, so you may see expansion of just about anything related to your home, which includes your early upbringing and even past lives, for that matter. You may move to a bigger home, add on to your existing one, have more children, have grown children move back or perhaps have another relative come to stay. Maybe you want to consider that now and move somewhere they can't find you.

Saturn slipped into Virgo last September. He's a stern task master who schools us in responsibility, obligations, discipline and all those other things like that your mother tried to teach you. If you didn't listen, Saturn will take it from there. He's in your 12th House of dreams, spirituality, and hidden enemies, so these lessons are likely to apply to this area. This is particularly relevant for the month of April because Saturn and Pluto are going to be collaborating via a trine. A sextile between Jupiter and Uranus will also be pushing this along for the month of April, which could create an opportunity of some sort for a noticeable change, perhaps related to your work or health, since Uranus is hanging out in your 6th House, which relates to these areas. The chances of something happened increase the last half of April and first few days of May when Mars trines Uranus, throwing even more energy in that direction from your 10th House of career and reputation. Thus, if you've been looking to change jobs or careers, more than likely something will be happening in that area this month, so be ready, especially between April 11 - 16, when you may encounter some news of a nuisance variety that relates to your job and possibly your relationships as well.

The Sun is in Aries until the 20th, which is your 7th House of relationships. This includes all one-on-ones, whether it's your significant other, best friend, close relative or business partner. Expect to see an emphasis in this area or perhaps something or someone new with the New Moon on the 5th, also in Aries. Since Libra rules the Universal 7th House, meaning relationships are what make Librans tick, this is likely to be noticeable and possibly have some impact in this area of your life. You may experience some conflict on the home front the first half of the month, though this could ultimately evolve into some inspiration midmonth that helps take care of at least one of those home environment issues that Pluto thinks you should address at this time. Keep an eye on the calendar as this is most likely to occur around your half-birthday.

Mercury will be stirring things up a bit this month as well as he transits your 6th, 7th and 8th Houses. He starts the month in manipulative Pisces, moves into assertive Aries on April 3rd, and enters determined Taurus on the 18th. He'll be influencing those areas of your life already mentioned above as he throws aspects to those other planets, so expect your thoughts to reflect the flavor of his resident signs. In other words, the first few days you're likely to be more emotional than usual, maybe even a bit martyristic or manipulative, then from April 3 - 18 you'll think "The heck with this crap" and take charge, with full determination to reach your goals kicking in around the 18th. The Full Moon on the 20th is in your 9th House of higher education, long distance travel, beliefs (including politics and religion), and legal matters, so if you've had anything going in one of those areas, you should see its culmination around that time.

Your Sign Ruler, friendly Venus, another one of the inner planets, is also moving right along through the signs. She also starts out in compassionate Pisces, moves into pushy Aries on the 7th and into lazy, indulgent Taurus on the 30th. Similar to Mercury, she'll also be throwing various aspects to those other planets. The first few days on the month she'll connect briefly with Neptune, which could cause a minor situation related to your children or creativity that could involve either hurting your feelings or possibly your wallet. From the 5th - 10th she'll squaring Pluto, which could unearth a problem at work or in your relationships. Male - female conflicts are likely, especially in the career venue, between April 20 -30. The last few days of the month you're likely to bring it all together regarding any relationship speedbumps, however, as a stable Grand Earth Trine between Venus, Saturn and Pluto reveal that the misunderstandings were the result of someone saying something behind your back, allowing you to clarify things once and for all.

Thus, for April you can expect to see continued slow movement toward changes in your home environment, which will be in force for a long time to come, as well as some specific action in your work and career areas. Changes are out there for everyone, but these are the areas where they are most likely to surface for those of you with a Libra Sun or Ascendant. Use your inherent sense of fairness and logical way of looking at things to put the pieces together. Just remember to not be so fair to everyone else that you let others take advantage of you.
