There's a lot of action this month in Aquarius, your Natural 5th House of creativity, lovelife, ego and children, which is likely to make for an interesting month. Much of this activity is also tied into your Natural 9th house, i.e. Gemini, which comprises higher education, long distance travel, legal matters, religion, and politics. To cut to the chase, Mercury in Aquarius is in a nice, harmonious trine to Mars, over in Gemini. The catch is that Mercury is currently retrograde, which will serve to internalize this energy, making this a good time to rework, replan, edit, or generally revisit anything you have going that relates to creative work, lovers, or kids. This will most likely be felt most strongly by those with birthdays between October 15 - 21. Mars, who just came out of retrograde himself, however, will be throwing a lot of energy in this direction. Thus, depending on how this plays out in your life, you should have plenty of drive to tackle what needs to be done. A possible bonus in all this is that Neptune is tied into the action as well. Since you like beautiful things, you probably will enjoy his influence because he delivers such things as spiritual insights, inspiration, and a touch of idealism. The downside, however, is that he can throw a huge wall of water between you and reality which can create illusions, delusions, and dissolve anything he touches. If you're dealing with a creative project of some sort, this could definitely provide an enhancement. As a logical Air Sign, these elements may not come naturally to you and this will round out your project in a very favorable way that you never imagined before. If you're dealing with an issue with your love life or children, this may also give you a different way of looking at things that will likewise be refreshing. Also occurring in this same neighborhood is the New Moon on February 7th. A New Moon usually means a new beginning and this one has more punch than usual because it is also an eclipse. This will thus usher in something with more significance that will be in effect until it's closed out with a Full Moon eclipse approximately six months from now. Thus, this bodes well for something new coming along in this area of your life. A surprise of some sort could occur between February 6 - 9, possibly related to work or your health, but this should be no more than a nuisance or annoyance at worst so don't let it get you off track. During this same timeframe, a rather lucky aspect will be occurring in your Natural 4th House that comprises your home environment as between February 1 - 6, Venus, your Sign Ruler, and Jupiter, will be having quite an encounter. Both of these are considered benefic planets, so this combo is likely to bring some rather pleasant things your way. These zodiacal blessings could relate to your family generally, your home, or anything in it, so expect something good to happen. This aspect will be strongest if your birthday is within a few days, one way or the other, of October 1. On the 18th, your buddy, Venus, slides into Aquarius, which should also bode nicely for whatever is going on with that creative project, your love life or kids. Shortly thereafter, from February 22 until the end of March, she'll be making it with Mercury, the communication king, who by now will be out of retrograde, which happens on the 19th. This will greatly enhance your ability to communicate in a very favorable way in this area of your life. On the 29th something may come along that causes a brief annoyance, but this will involve Jupiter, so shouldn't represent too much of a problem. The Sun moves into Pisces on the 20th, which will bring emphasis in some form or another to your Natural 6th House of work, health and pets. Between February 22 - 27, the Sun will oppose Saturn over in Virgo, who's retrograde in your Natural 12th House of inspiration, dreams and spirituality. Retrograde planets internalize their energy so this will be generating some subconscious rumblings relative to this area of your life. Being opposite the Sun will give it a bit of extra punch and it's very likely that the Full Moon on the 20th, which is just a stone's throw up the road from Saturn, will also throw some light on something. This Full Moon, which will be a lunar eclipse, will probably indicate the culmination of something in that venue that began last September with a New Moon/solar eclipse in that same House. Thus, this month looks like a rather pleasant one, with the most significant events likely to occur relative to your home environment, creativity/ lovelife/ children, and the more spiritual side of things. You are likely to be taking such things a bit more seriously over the coming years as Saturn strolls through this part of your chart. As previously noted, as a logical Air Sign you may be a bit surprised by some of the thoughts and insights that come your way during this time. Bear in mind that the planets are exceptionally good tutors, and can seek out those areas of our life that need attention. Once we figure out and assimilate the lessons we're supposed to learn, it's the equivalent of an astrological flu shot and these prompting are likely to barely be noticeable. Pay attention to what they're trying to tell you and trust in their wisdom as they work together to lead you where you need to go.
