The New Moon on June 3rd is in Gemini, you 8th House of sex, death & regeneration, transformation and other people's resources. If those things make you salivate it's because Scorpio rules the Zodiacal 8th House, so these things are near and dear to your heart and possibly other parts of your anatomy as well as your checkbook. This should herald that something new is coming in one of these areas. What you may or may not already know is that you have a considerable amount of power in deciding exactly where that energy will manifest itself. If you make some decisions and moves toward making something happen in one of those areas it will save the Universe the trouble of making that decision for you. This is true of just about everything out there. If you direct the energy you have more control than if you just sit there and let it do its thing.

Note that for the entire month the Sun and Venus will be traveling together as a couple and for most of that time they'll be in Gemini as well. This will bring a tremendous amount of energy to that 8th House and if you're a typical Scorpio you don't need to be a rocket scientist to do that math on what that could mean. Venus in your 8th House, hmmmmmm, let's see.... Since Venus can relate to either your love life or money, it appears that you can't lose on this one, though once again it will depend on what you do with the energy. Bear in mind that the Sun is likely to overwhelm Venus a bit, which could cause you to trip over your ego in some way, which may not help you obtain your objectives. Nonetheless, you ought to be able to do something positive with this kind of energy.

From June 2 - 11, the Sun/Venus pair will sextile Mars, the ancient ruler of Scorpio before Pluto was discovered and assigned that duty. Mars is in your 10th House of career and reputation, however, so this indicates some opportunities to advance yourself in that part of your life with Venus likely to be leaning toward the money part of her personality. (That is unless you like to get it on with people at work to advance your career, which of course has been done, though it's really quite tacky and tends to backfire so I don't recommend it.) Between June 8 - 11, Mercury will be in conjunction with the Sun and Venus as well, but through retrograde (RX) motion. Mercury RX, especially in Gemini, will probably mess up communications, electronic devices, and mechanical operations of all descriptions until June 19, when he goes direct. While he's hooked up with the Sun and Venus will be a favorable time to be rethinking anything you may be working on in that 8th House. Progressing while Mercury is RX is usually difficult, but it's a fabulous time to rework, rethink, redo and reevaluate anything you've been pondering or working on for a while.

Between June 1 - 25, Saturn, who's hanging out in Virgo, your 11th House of friends, groups, associations, and hopes & wishes, will trine Pluto, your Sign Ruler, who starts out the month in Capricorn, but returns to Sagittarius via retrograde motion on June 15. Thus, this aspect will be spread over both your 2nd and 3rd Houses. Saturn is all about discipline, restrictions, responsibility and obligations, so with this in your 11th House it implies that you may be called upon to do something for someone either individually or collectively. With Pluto RX he'll really be into his Roto-rooter routine, digging up stuff from the past that requires attention, though this may be operating on a subconscious level. Nonetheless, in concert with Saturn, this could really exhume some interesting thoughts until the 15th, while he's in that 3rd House of thoughts, ideas, neighbors and short journeys.

After the 15th Pluto will be back in Sagittarius, your 2nd House of possessions, finances, and pleasures. This house change could be a fairly smooth transition from one are where you need to assume responsibility to another, or it could shift to an entirely different area. A trine is a harmonious aspect, so this shouldn't be onerous, even though Saturn and Pluto are generally considered bad actors, as planets go. The second half of the month it could focus on throwing some discipline behind attaining your hopes and wishes or interacting with your friends, from which you could derive benefits of one kind or another. Again, it's largely up to you how you direct it. On June 18th the Full Moon will be in Sagittarius as well, which frequently hails the culmination of something, which may or may not be connected with that other activity.

From June 10 - 15, Venus and the Sun will square Uranus. Uranus is hanging out in your 5th House of ego, children, romance, creativity, entertainment and speculation. As the patron planet of surprises, unexpected events, and disruptions, particularly in a challenging square, something will undoubtedly come along that messes with whatever you have going in your 8th House with all that sex and money. Other elements from the houses could be affected as well, but I know those two are the ones you're most interested in. Right off the top of my head I would advise you to stay away from any gambling ventures at the least. If you have kids, they'll probably either interfere with your lovelife or finances in some way, which is what kids do best. However this plays out for you I'm sure you'll recognize it when it happens.

During the time from June 14 - 28, Mars, the god of war, will oppose dreamy, idealistic Neptune. These two are about as different as two planets can get. Neptune is in your 4th House of home environment, where he's been camped out for quite a while now. He's currently RX as well, which will tend to dissolve ideas and boundaries related to your home. This indeed should be interesting in concert with Mars throwing drive and energy toward your career. Something is going on in these houses that you're going to notice for this two week period. It could easily be a battle between your ideals as they pertain to your homelife versus your career ambitions, which will be quite cranked up at the time.

From June 15 until approximately June 24, give or take a few days, Venus and the Sun will oppose your buddy, Pluto. As already mentioned, Pluto will now be back in Sagittarius, your 2nd House of possessions, finance, and pleasures while Venus and the Sun will be spending the last of their time in Gemini, your infamous 8th House, for the year. This, likewise, should be an interesting transit across the zodiacal axis of pleasure and/or money, take your choice, which I know will be a difficult one. Don't forget that the 8th is also about transformation, those experiences that forever change us in some subtle way. Pluto is likely to be digging up some old unfinished business in that 2nd House that is working against whatever you're trying to accomplish in the 8th. The odds are quite high that there is a lesson here that is essential for you to learn, so don't try to stomp it back into the ground. Rather, finish digging it up, hose it off, and spend a considerable amount of time examining it to figure out why it decided to come back to haunt you at this time.

So, in a nutshell, it looks as if it should be a very interesting month for you. Since Scorpios emanate with intensity, anyway, the happenings in June will more than contribute to that aura as the planets take you by the hand on an interesting hike. Each month when the Sun transits one of your houses, there is something there waiting for you to address. Deploy your radar, identify what's there, and then draw from the planets' energies to help you initiate, understand and/or resolve whatever issues are on your agenda.
