This month should be a busy one at work and home. The Full Moon on October 15 should bring the culmination of something that's been going on for the past few weeks that relates to your 11th House of groups, organizations, friends, hopes and wishes. If you've noticed a lot of activity in that area the past month, the odds are in your favor that it will be completed or at least return to normal, but the middle of this one.

There are some long-term aspects out there that deserve some attention. They'll be in effect all month so you should give them some thought and take any appropriate action while the planets are nudging your forward. The first one will involve a tug-o-war between work and home, not that this is anything new. However, with Uranus, planet of surprises, disruptions, and unexpected events in your 10th House of career, it looks as if something is going to come up in that part of your life that is going to interfere with your responsibilities at home, as signified by Saturn in your 4th House of home environment.

You may already know what this is going to be, but if not, expect something and do what you can to have things in order at home so that it has as little impact as possible. If the folks at home are a little too dependent on you because you're so capable at keeping things running, maybe it's time to hand-off some duties to others. You're so multi-talented that often others won't even try because they know they can't possibly do it as well as you do, but if this works against you in the long run, it's time to wean some of those energy sucklings and get them to pull their own weight. On the other hand, if you've been so busy with your career that you've been neglecting the home front, then you'd do well to take a serious look at your priorities and perhaps hand off some responsibilities at work.

Another aspect in effect all month that ties into this one in a positive way is a trine between Jupiter and Saturn. Jupiter is a benefic planet who expands what he touches, and his involvement with Saturn, who's reminding you of your home responsibilities, has some interesting implications due to Jupiter's location in your 8th House of transformations. This certainly ties in nicely if you need to make some changes in your priorities, so expect something to shift your thinking regarding the balancing act you're performing between home and career. Maybe you need to work fewer hours, hire some household help, or simply reevaluate what's most important. Make sure to find some quiet time to give it some thought.

The first week of the month, Mars is sextile Pluto. Mars is in your 6th House of work and health, bringing a lot of energy to that venue. Pluto is in your 7th House of relationships, which implies that you'll have the opportunity during this time to work on building and improving your relationships in the work place. Remember that the 7th House pertains to all one-on-one interactions including close friends and relatives, business partners, and of course your significant other. Pluto loves to rub our nose in things we've swept under the rug and force us to bring them to a clean resolution, so if there's something that fits this description going on with anyone at work or with your health that you've been ignoring, now is a good time astrologically to take care of it once and for all. The fact that the New Moon on the 28th is also opening up something with your work or health and friendly Venus is also blessing these areas of your life until October 19 will further assist these efforts.

The Sun is in your 5th House of children, creativity, romance, entertainment and speculation until the 24th, so expect some emphasis in this area as well. The Sun is square Jupiter from October 3 - 11, which will stir up even more fodder for transformations in your view of the world. Note that your Sign Ruler, Mercury, is retrograde in your 5th House until October 16, which is a good time to rethink, rework, and redo issues residing in this venue. Moving forward usually won't happen, but if there's anything that requires fixing, this is in your favor. The Sun is trine Neptune from October 10 - 18, which should be good for some inspiration in this area as well. This could involve your beliefs in some way or perhaps even inspire you to go back to school, take a trip, or get involved politically or with another culture in some way.

From October 19 - 28 the Sun will sextile Pluto, which will bring even more energy to resolving any of those relationships issues. From October 22 - 31, Mars will sextile Jupiter, which will bring even more energy your way relative to those transformations that are out there with respect to your work and health.

Obviously it really looks as if the Universe wants you to do some serious fall cleaning with your children, coworkers, relationships, health, and so forth. You would do well to move these issues to the top of your list. The planets have a tremendous amount of patience and any lessons you don't learn when you should you'll be tutored for later, but if you don't want to continually find yourself in the same situation, it looks like some changes in your attitude, priorities and thinking are in order. Remember if you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got. If there have been some stumbling blocks that keep getting in your way, then it's time to take a close look to see where they're coming from.
