The month begins with what could be an annoyance or nuisance of some type that is likely to originate in your 11th House of groups and organizations, which includes your coworkers. If you're trying to expand upon your career in some way, either some key information or perhaps funding could create a speedbump or two, with this likely to be initiated by a female. The good news is that this should be short-lived and resolved by the second week of the month. More than likely it will simply evaporate, but it could also result in some insights you'd previously missed. Be wary of deception, however, or even delusion, since Neptune will be involved. Expanding your career is probably one of your major goals of late, as indicated by the fact that Jupiter has been in that territory since mid-December. He's quickly moving into sextile with Uranus, which will be in effect until mid-June, and is likely to provide some opportunities for change. Uranus is in your 12th House of dreams, inspiration and spirituality, so this is likely to inspire some career changes based on a part of yourself that you may tend to ignore more than you should.

Also note that as the Sun makes his way toward your sign, which he'll enter on the 21st, he's going to pass Uranus, planet of disruptions, surprise events, and change, who's also in your house of dreams and such. This could trigger a major change in this area that could very well take you by surprise. This is likely to be accompanied by various ruminations on the past and the various things you've done with your life that qualified as a career, or helped you build your reputation for who and what you are. You may also find yourself pondering time you've spent over the years earning a living that did little or nothing for your sense of meaning or those elements of life that you've learned are more important than a simple paycheck. The New Moon on the 7th is likely to further emphasize these considerations or possibly initiate a new phase of development relative to your dreams and spiritual fulfillment.

This month your Sign Ruler, Mars, will be making his way through your Natural 4th House, which comprises your home environment. What this means to you generally is that you'll have a lot of energy in this area which is good for taking care of all those repairs and other projects you've been procrastinating because you lost interest. Now is the time to "git 'r' dun", Rams. There are quite a few aspects to Mars this month as well, which will also affect this area of your life. From March 1 - 18, Mars will be opposing Pluto over there in Capricorn, your 10th House of career and reputation. When these two get together it can mean trouble, so take note. When any two planets are in opposition, there is going to be a tug-o-war of some description between the two houses involved. In this case, it will be between your home and career, which of course isn't particularly unique.

As you may recall, Pluto's primary function is that of a cosmic roto-rooter. As he makes his way through Capricorn he will slowly and methodically unearth all sorts of crap relative to this area of your life. Anything in your past that requires resolution will be exhumed, but the good news is that it is only after this sort of activity that healing can occur. You are also likely to have a renewed sense of power, both you own and that of those around you. Knowing how shy and retiring you are by nature (NOT!) it's inevitable that you are going to butt that horned head of yours against a variety of people in the months to come. To save yourself unnecessary trouble, however, you should choose your battles and make sure you're ready to pay the price attached to any confrontations. You could advance significantly during this period, or you could wind up in a figurative septic tank.

While Pluto is opposite Mars your natural aggression will be easily triggered by power trips, whether they're your own or someone else's. This could obviously be a very volatile combination. If someone or something is making demands on you either at home or in your career/reputation venue it's very likely to cause quite a stir. Be aware that these tendencies are out there and that you need to watch your natural tendency to lower your horns and attack. Make sure you know what the opposition really is before instituting a blind charge. The one thing that will help this situation is the fact that Mars is in Cancer, which will somewhat dampen the aggression. This is probably a good thing.

During the latter part of the month, about the time this opposition should be fading, the Sun is going to get into the act and create a T-square. This will stir things up even more, especially since the Sun will be in Aries, your 1st House of personality. This is going to create a major conflict between your personal needs and wants versus your home and career. That square between the Sun and Mars is going to continue for awhile after they slip away from Pluto's grasp, however, which will more than likely create a conflict or crisis of some sort between what you want and forces or influences in your home environment. The Full Moon on the 21st could also contribute to some changes in your relationships with those close to you. Note that the Full Moon will create a Grand Cross with that Pluto-Mars opposition. With the Sun, Moon, Mars and Pluto all in Cardinal Signs, this is going to generate a lot of energy and possibly conflicts in key areas of your life. The Readers Digest version comprises a huge dose of self-interest coupled with hassles on the home front, emotional issues messing with your relationships and perhaps power struggles in your career. Knowing how peace-loving and docile Rams are, you'll need to keep plenty of your tranquillizer of choice no more than an arm's reach away or things are likely to get ugly. You are also coming up on your solar return period, meaning a new cycle is beginning, so more than likely you'll see some significant events and changes this month.

Other aspects to Mars this month include a trine to Venus between March 12 - 21. Venus will be in your 12th House of dreams, inspiration, and spirituality, which could be quite beneficial while you're engaging in various battles. Mercury will be in trine with Mars as well during about this same time, which will enhance communications within yourself between your heart and head. This may help you identify what you really want and where you need to be headed, which always helps.

As if you don't already have enough going on between career and home, the Sun and Saturn are going to generate some more restlessness relative to your job. Saturn is over there in Virgo, your 6th House of work, health and pets. This is a good place to point out that there is a significant difference between your career and your job. Your career (10th house) is your contribution to the world and what you'll be known and remembered for as opposed to your job and how you make your living. Some people are fortunate enough to have these two in synch, and if you're not one of them, maybe that's where all this is headed. However, Saturn is all about responsibility and boundaries, so he may be tying you to that paycheck via your obligations, or at least trying to. Maybe it's time to decide what the price really is for getting where you want to go. More than likely the last week or so of the month you'll have some additional insights and possible inspiration relative to this area of your life.

It's intuitively obvious that there's a lot going on this month that has a lot to do with your job, career, and those you interact with at all levels in your life. Your perceptions are likely to increase with various insights coming your way that you'd previously missed. These will help you make some key decisions that will have a considerable influence on your quality of life over the months and even years to come.
