There are three planets in a bit of a cluster in your nextdoor neighbor sign, Aquarius, as March begins. Aquarius is your Natural 2nd House of possession, finances, and pleasures, and since none of the visitors in that neighborhood are especially known as bad actors, so far, so good. The first several days of the month you may have the urge to indulge yourself in some way as Jupiter throws some ticklers at both Venus and Mercury. Your thoughts may be prone to exaggeration and you may crave luxury and comfort, or to indulge yourself more than usual. Knowing how practical Cappies usually are, this will probably do you some good, whereas the more extravagant types could do some serious damage with such aspects. Your best bet is to relax, get a glimpse how others live, and maybe even yield to whatever temptations come your way. The one to look out for is Neptune, who's one of those slow movers who's been in your 2nd House for quite a while. Neptune is quite the antithesis of your sign ruler, Saturn, who's all about reality. Neptune, on the other hand, is the master of delusion and has been known to dissolve anything he touches. Considering he's the King of the Deep, this shouldn't be surprising. As Venus and Mercury pass him by between March 3 - 13, you may find yourself a bit dreamier and unrealistic than usual. This would be a good time to indulge yourself in something you'll thoroughly enjoy, but not so good of time to do something like rework your investment portfolio. If you're working on a project of any kind that requires imagination, it will also be good for that. It's just not a very good idea to do anything that requires solid, lucid, factual thought because it's not likely to be as easily accessed as usual, even for a practical sort like a Cappy. As you've probably been told numerous times, you'd do well to lighten up a bit, so these are good aspects to help you do just that. From March until mid-June, Jupiter is throwing a nice sextile to Uranus in your 3rd House, which comprises your thoughts, short journeys, and immediate neighborhood. Uranus is quite unpredictable by nature, and is known as the planet of disruptions, change and surprise events. However, in a soft aspect that generally indicates opportunities, you may find a means for personal expression through your thoughts or ideas that will be quite innovative and ultimately rewarding. The New Moon occurs on the 7th in this same venue, which could easily herald a new beginning as well, and when the Sun bypasses Uranus between March 4 - 14, any innovation or thoughts will be further enhanced. Between March 24 - April 2, Venus will also go that way, with Mercury there as well between March 26 - 29. So clean the wax out of your ears and listen up, Cappies, because these should bode well for some opportunities for innovation of a pleasing nature that could result in some personal growth and satisfaction, which you'll probably need if your relationships are going to hell in a hand basket because of Mars and Pluto. Just kidding. Well, actually, not really.... Believe me, I don't like this any more than you do, since I'm a Cappy and have this same crap to look forward to as you do. Thus, if I were making this up, it would be much more favorable. Trust me on that one. One aspect out there that is likely to be less than enchanting is that Mars - Pluto opposition. I don't know if you've paid much attention to the news lately and all the explosions and other accidents that have been happening, but my cosmic radar tells me that these two bad actors have something to do with it. And as an analogy for you goats out there, you just may encounter an explosion or one or two in your personal relationships. Mars is doing the boogey in your 7th House of close relationships, which is likely to stir up some crap of some kind or another. This house comprises your significant other, close friends and relatives, business partners, and any others with whom you have a one-on-one relationships, except maybe your lovers, who are actually 5th House material. With Mars, the God of War, and Pluto, God of the Underworld, faced off across your 1st House of personality and your 7th of relationships, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that a few sparks may fly over the next month or two. Pluto just entered your sign in January, and he's got you in his sights. Those of you born on December 22 probably already feel his presence, which is similar to having Darth Vader show up at a garden party. Your weaknesses and failures will be projected before you clearer than any picture on HDTV, but the good news is that your understanding of them will invigorate your sense of personal power and bring you to levels of wisdom you never knew before. However, such revelations often have a somewhat negative effect on anyone in your life who is used to a stable and wise Cappy who now is suddenly taking the helm with a vengeance and refusing to listen to anyone about anything. Some figurative bloodshed is inevitable until around May 11th, but should peak the first half of March. Maintain an awareness of what's going on astronomically, and then pace yourself accordingly. Just be careful that you don't plow over the top of someone that you really want on your side. However, there are some other good things out there in March, so it may not really be all that bad. Venus will sextile Pluto between March 11 - 16, which is likely to provide some insights relative to past lovers that may or may not play into that relationship action. Remember that a sextile generally indicates an opportunity and, as they say, good decisions come from experience and experience comes from bad decisions. While we're tracking the Goddess of Love, we may as well also note some of her other activities as the month progresses. From March 12 - 21 she'll be in trine to Mars, which could mean a truce from those relationships challenges, at least for a few days, so take advantage of it in any way you can. Between March 13 - 18, she'll be opposing Saturn, who's currently retrograde in your 9th House of legal matters, higher education and long distance travel. It would appear that something is brewing in that neighborhood that is less than enchanting, but perhaps Venus will throw some optimistic thoughts in that direction that will be beneficial in some way. Since Venus and Mercury are traveling together, as they usually do, Mercury will also sextile Pluto, except it will be between March 15 - 18, and oppose Saturn between March 15 - 20. Since Mercury affects our thoughts and so forth, this should simply stimulate some useful mental activity relative to those 9th House issues, which will hopefully solve them, if they're troublesome, though some adjustments may be required on your part by the end of the month. Mercury will also trine Mars between March 16 - 21, which will bode well for communications with any of those folks residing in your 7th House who are getting your goat these days. This communication could be somewhat heated, however, particularly between March 18 - 25, when the Sun gets between Mars and Pluto and adds a little more emphasis and energy to all that crap we covered earlier. This action is likely to relate to your home in some manner, and could definitely fuel whatever is already going on. The power trips may fade a bit, but the contention is likely to continue until into the first week of April, so brace yourself. The Full Moon on the 21st is in Libra, your 10th House of career and reputation. However, this will also create a Grand Cross with that Mars-Pluto opposition noted earlier. With the Sun, Moon, Mars and Pluto all in Cardinal Signs, of which Capricorn is one, this is going to generate a lot of energy. The Readers Digest version goes something like this: You're likely to be on a bit of a power trip, which will undoubtedly stir up some issues regarding your relationships. Probably a lot of things are going on at home, and things at work may be are likely to be loaded with emotional issues as well. In other words, the four most important areas of your life are likely to be battling one another in some way, but hopefully this lunation will also see its culmination. Generally, this month has a bit of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Some good ideas and opportunities are likely to come your way, but if there are any relationship issues or legal, academic or travel problems lurking in the shadows, they're likely to make themselves known this month. This will be particularly true as you start assimilating Pluto's influence in your House of personality and are less likely to just concentrate on work or other mundane matters and let it go, like you usually do. At any rate, it should be an interesting month with progress made, one way or another. Expect something of significance to come along with that Full Moon, then be prepared to run with any good ideas that come your way.
