Lunations and Other Cosmic Events

The Full Moon this month is on 5 March in nextdoor neighboring sign, Virgo, your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures.  A Full Moon typically indicates an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase.  Take a look around to see how this is working for you.  This lunation reinforces that three planet adjustment loop which has been out there for a while and will continue to be active for a while longer.  Both are in the 14 - 15 degree range of their respective signs which means they'll have the most influence on those of you born right around August 6 - 10 as the Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto, and even Venus interact with your Natal Sun.  In fact, Jupiter is conjunct your Natal Sun which should be evident in some way.  Jupiter rules Sagittarius, your 5th house of creativity, ego definition, romance, children, entertainment and speculation and is the traditional ruler of Pisces, your 8th house of transformations, death and rebirth, debt, shared resources and things you suppress.  Drawing these into the mix suggests a personal evolution, self-discovery and increased creativity and identity.

The adjustment loop involves Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto which is receiving a nudge from the Sun and Moon.  Uranus is in fellow Fire Sign, Aries, your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, long-distance travel, other cultures and relocation which suggests various disruptions, sudden changes and perhaps breaking away from previous beliefs bringing a general change in your philosophy of life.  Pluto in Capricorn, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets, is in there, too, and throwing various challenges your way related to the past or perhaps even a variety of power trips.  You may also have a stronger desire than ever to take control of this part of your life.  Accompanied by this Full Moon this is likely to be a thought-provoking time which could involve various changes to your outlook.

Jupiter is also at the eye of an aspect pattern known as a yod, a.k.a. "finger of God," which tends to have a fated quality.  Pluto is part of the base with the Sun forming the other from Pisces, another indicator of focused and important personal evolution.  It's possible you may get some flack about these changes from someone close to you but maybe breaking away from convention and being your own person is what this is all about.

On 14 March Saturn stations retrograde in fellow Fire Sign, Sagittarius, your 5th house of creativity and ego definition as noted earlier.  Saturn RX tends to slow things down a bit as he begins working on your subconscious mind to restructure or rebuild something.  Saturn rules your 6th house of work and is the traditional ruler of your 7th house of close relationships.  This fits in nicely with any personal progress you've experienced as you move toward new endeavors.

The New Moon on 20 March is also a total solar eclipse, giving it additional energy and longevity.  It will only be visible along a narrow path in the North Atlantic and Polar Regions so not too many will witness it.  You can view a map of its path here.  This occurs in Pisces, your 8th house of transformations which also ties in nicely with transformational changes currently in progress in your life and suggests something new coming your way.  That adjustment loop described earlier remains in force.  You may obtain some interesting insights and information at this time which will further have an impact on you and perhaps facilitate another slight change of course.  Venus has entered your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status which is a nice placement and she is quincunx Saturn RX suggesting a few adjustments as well.  This looks like an eventful and interesting month in which you will find new paths to explore and new ways to shine.
