Lunations and Other Cosmic Events

The Full Moon on 5 March occurs in Virgo, your 11th house of friends, goals, hopes, wishes, organizations, groups and networking and suggests and ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  There's a lot of cosmic energy out there for this lunation since the Sun, Moon and several planets are in the 14 - 15 degree range of their respective signs which means those of you born around November 6 - 9 more than likely have these planets messing with your natal Sun.  The good news is that most of them are in signs that are fairly friendly with the exception of Jupiter in fellow Fixed Sign, Leo.

There's an aspect pattern I call an adjustment loop out there which has been hanging around for a while and won't dissipate for a while.  It comprises Uranus, Jupiter and Pluto with its message for Scorpio related to transforming your thinking and any other 3rd house issues such as siblings, neighbors and local travel, which may be holding you back as far as your job is concerned.  With Uranus in Aries, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets, it's likely that there have been various disruptions, surprises and disturbances in this part of your life for a while now.  There's a lesson there that perhaps you have yet to grasp.  With Jupiter in Leo, your 10th house of career, reputation, public image and status, this should be a favorable time for you yet the Scorpios I know are generally not having an easy time right now.  Some of it is likely fallout from Saturn transiting your sign which has left a trail of destruction you may now be trying to clean up.  The lesson could be "if you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got."

Embedded in this lunation is a yod, an aspect pattern also known as the "finger of God."  This tends to have a fated nature to it and can often indicate a significant change of direction.  Getting a good look at yourself as an individual and gaining a sense of who and what you are could be the key that helps you get moving in the right direction.  Emotional commitment to a new goal could come from this lunation if you let it.

Speaking of Saturn, he stations retrograde on 14 March and will eventually come back into your sign for a while and thus give a second nudge to those of you born around November 20 - 22 but that won't be until summer.  Saturn RX typically relates to restructuring something which in this case will relate to your 2nd house of income, finances, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures as well as some personal issues.  Saturn RX also tends to slow things down by introducing various obstacles and restrictions.  This could be a time to keep your ego in check, avoid any delusions of grandeur, and likewise watch your entertainment budget and speculative activities.

The New Moon on 20 March is in Pisces, your 5th house of romance, creativity, children, ego definition, entertainment and speculation which suggests something new coming in this part of your life.  It's also a total solar eclipse which gives it more influence and staying power with its effects possibly not showing up for several months.  The eclipse itself will be visible in the North Atlantic and Polar Regions so unlikely to be seen by many other than hardcore eclipse fans and astronomers.  You can go here to see the map.  The adjustment loop is still in force.  It's possible that someone close to you may have an influence on your financial issues, either via a helping hand or good advice so pay attention to input from those you know have your best interest at heart.
