The Full Moon on 3 May is in Scorpio, your next door neighboring sign and 2nd house of income, possessions, finances, needs, comforts and pleasures which suggests an ending, culmination or shift to a new phase of something in this part of your life.  This lunation forms a T-square with Jupiter in Leo, your 11th house of friends, groups, organizations, networking, goals, hopes and wishes, which suggests that an opportunity could arise to fund something you've been wanting to do, especially if your birthday is right around October 6.  What could come initially as an annoyance could be a cloud with silver lining bearing an opportunity to pursue something you want.  Mercury in your fellow Air Sign, Gemini, is bringing information based on one of your belief systems but a restructuring of your thoughts and ideas is in effect which could cause you to rethink these matters somewhat, especially with Mercury going retrograde later this month.  Things will start to slow down the day after the Full Moon when Mercury enters its pre-retrograde shadow.  Your sign ruler, Venus, is also in Gemini, but causing a few issues with taking action on something that could prove transformational.

Also present with this lunation is an aspect pattern I refer to as a Course Adjustment Loop.  Its general impact is one where a crisis or challenge precipitates a change of direction which, once accepted, proceeds relatively smoothly.  The planets involved include Uranus, Jupiter and Pluto with Uranus in Aries, your polar sign and 7th house of close relationships including your significant other, business partners, cliental, close friends and relatives, competitors and open enemies.  More than likely you've seen various upsets and disturbances in this area, especially currently if your birthday is right around 11 October.  Uranus is disruptive, rebellious and in the 7th may see you break away from one or more people in this part of your life.  Pluto is in your 4th house which includes your home environment, cultural roots, memories, endings and new beginnings with his function one that relates to power and control as well as eliminating those things you no longer need.  There is certainly a lot of potential for conflict between these two areas, especially since Pluto and Uranus have been squaring each other for a while now.  Jupiter is in Leo, your 11th house of friends and goals as noted earlier.  He's suggesting a change of direction which will help you move forward with those changes you want to achieve.

The New Moon on 17 May is in Taurus, your 8th house of transformations, debt, intense experiences, death and regeneration, shared resources and things you suppress, suggesting something new coming along in this part of your life.  The Course Adjustment Loop is still in effect as well as a yod, a.k.a. "finger of god," which tends to have a fated flavor.  This yod comprises two planets from the Course Adjustment Loop plus Mercury, who stations the day after this lunation.  This sends a clear message that rather than the time for action, this is a time to go back to the drawing board.  Mercury stations with these same aspects patterns plus a few subtle changes which point toward not believing everything you hear pertaining to work. 

Neptune is in your 6th house of work, health and pets, which can bring delusions, illusions, deception and a general fog which can also include a lack of ambition and focus.  It's possible that something that looks like an improvement, promotion or raise is out there, but this aspect suggests that it isn't real and to proceed with caution.  And Mercury RX gives you that opportunity.  As you probably know, Mercury RX is a time to avoid buying anything electronic or mechanical, signing any contracts, or starting any new endeavors.  This is a time to rethink, reconsider, revise and revamp whatever is going on.  With Mercury in your 9th house of beliefs and attitude, this is an area to scrutinize closely and make sure that you haven't put your faith in something that is no more than smoke and mirrors.  As ruler of your 9th this is further emphasized plus he also rules your 12th which includes your subconscious mind, further hinting at something at a deep, potentially psychological level that you need to examine and deal with accordingly.
