This month the first cosmic event to report of many is Venus stationing direct on September 6.  She's been doing the backstroke, mostly in your sign other than her stationing degree at 0 Virgo, so her message will be a personal one.  Her usual admonition is to recognize what you value the most and how much you're willing to fight to obtain it.  This operates at the subconscious level until she goes direct, at which time it tends to surface for consideration.  She's in cahoots with Pluto in Capricorn, your 6th house of work, health, service and pets, who's transforming something in that part of your life.  Control may be an issue and require some adjustments, one way or the other.  As a natural leader you prefer to define your own path but this may not be possible at this time.  Jupiter and the Sun in Virgo, your 2nd house of income, possessions, needs, comforts and pleasures, could be causing a few annoyances.  Jupiter in this house can bring increases in income but can also bring extravagance.  You like nice things but you may have to not indulge in them at this time.  Inspiration regarding how to handle this is possible while changes to your attitude or outlook on life are also an important factor.

The New Moon on September 13 is a solar eclipse that occurs in Virgo, your 2nd house of income and such as defined above.  Eclipses tend to be powerful with an influence that can last for months.  In your 2nd house tis suggests some changes and probably instabilities based on the involvement of Uranus in your 9th house of beliefs, expectations, higher learning, legal matters, other cultures and relocation.  Surprises are likely and will require adjustments.  Venus' message can help you deal with all this as you redefine what is most important to you.  Rational thought is likely to encounter some opposition as well with plans likely to fall through frequently.  Eclipse guru, Bernadette Brady, labels this eclipse family as stressful and likely to require a lot of energy draining effort.  We can always hope she's wrong.

If you're in a dilemma then Mercury stationing retrograde on September 17 is likely to be beneficial.  This is not a time to move forward with something new but rethink, re-plan, reconsider, regroup and re-just-about-anything.  He stations RX in Libra, your 3rd house of thoughts, ideas, siblings, neighbors and local travel where he's accidentally dignified as ruler of the 3rd house of the natural zodiac, i.e. Gemini.  This should synch up with Venus' message as you incorporate those lessons into the status quo.  You probably want to take action but there will be obstacles and annoyances.  An improvement in the financial area is possible but could require some schmoozing.  Mercury rules your 2nd house of money so this RX will also address those concerns as well as your 11th of friends, goals, groups and organizations.  Remember that this is not the time to buy anything electronic or mechanical or start a new endeavor because it's likely you'll wind up back at square one at some point.

The Sun goes into Libra on September 23 marking the autumnal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and vernal in the Southern.  Movement of the Sun into a Cardinal Sign always indicates the start of a new season with the ingress chart setting the tone for the coming three months.  With Mercury RX there are implications for not much progress anywhere and probably some reversals. This chart is used heavily in mundane, geo-political and financial astrology as well as for weather prediction.  Power grabs and deception look likely, but what's new?

Pluto stations direct on September 25 which will release his transformational energy such that whatever ruminations he's been sponsoring the past several months will surface from your subconscious.  This is likely to relate to your work, health or pets in some way.  Your thoughts and ideas are probably not being well-received but asserting your own sense of authority could bring some relief.  Mars has gone into Virgo, your 2nd house of money and such, which could bring some financial difficulties considering his square to Saturn who has just gone into your 5th house of creativity, children, romance, ego definition, entertainment and speculation.  Saturn is the ultimate wet blanket and party pooper so this doesn't bode for too much fun over the next couple years.  Sorry, but forewarned is forearmed.  If, perchance, the money is coming in, consider that it may just as easily go out so put yourself on a budget and prepare for reversals.

The Full Moon on September 27 is a lunar eclipse in your 9th house of beliefs and expectations.  Lunar eclipses typically operate more on the emotional plane than solar, which are more likely to precipitate events.  Your belief system develops little by little from your thoughts, which are currently under review as Mercury does the backstroke.    There are likely to be numerous revisions to your attitude and philosophy of life.  A transformational change of course if possible as you sort through all the pieces and gradually see the picture.  Your ability to navigate what might be choppy waters is enhanced by Venus, however, who will guide you through, perhaps based on a new value system derived from her retrograde gig earlier.
